Who is posting good reviews of this place?? It’s not open, ever! We have tried to call mid day on the weekend and weekday twice now and the number says it’s disconnected, so like just take this place down? Have some dignity?? Lol

I was in the area, and heard about this place. No one greeted me and my friend at the door the establishment although was clean the food was nasty I would not serve this food to my dog. There were a handful of servers no one was willing to assist me and my friends and the servers were very rude after waiting over an hour for service I requested a refund. Unlike regular restaurant they want there money upfront they pointed to a sign and said no refunds as if they’re a retail store lol. Not sure how or why they’re open. I will never go back and I advise you avoid this establishment not worth it.

I love ordering from Roy’s, I do take out/delivery from here frequently and it’s always so good. I’m pretty obsessed with this place.I have tried the chicken wings, j*** chicken pasta and salmon pasta and I love them all. On top of the food being so flavorful, the portions are really sizable too so I always feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. The chicken is never dry in the j*** pasta and I love the way they crisp up the salmon for awesome texture in the salmon pasta. You can tell they really think about their dishes as a whole and take really good care to make well rounded entrees.I’ve seen mediocre/bad reviews but I can’t speak to that at all. In the many times we have ordered here the food is always awesome and the service is not only prompt but really friendly too.

If you all could get the order wait time down I’d give it 5 stars… Roy’s Grill and Lounge is that spot. Unfortunately it is going to take an hour plus to get your food. During the day, night, or after hours it’s a vibe. Music is always good. The food is delicious and decently priced ; made to order and full of flavor. The area is spacious and clean. They have a pool table there as well as hookahs but they do charge at the door after 2am.

First off , when I walked in it's like I was invisible. The girl working at the bar act like she didn't see us come in after 5 mins of watching her scribble on a tab for no reason I spoke up first .... the oysters looked nothing like the picture I'm thinking i found a nice lil spot but definitely fooled me. Then they don't do refunds or exchanges.... food wasn't even hot.... so disappointed. Should of went to the pizza spot down the st.

Where to start ????? A family member reserve this place for her birthday and BOY was it a mistake, Only 2 Ppl were working and no one told us anything we sat and waited thinking someone will come “ Wait “ on the party guest .We got there at 9 , and no one even approached until 945 we ended going to bar to eventually asking for help and to put icing on the cake we ordered our food around about 1030 ish our food wasn’t served until 12 LITERALLY, Oh and here’s the best part we had to pay for the food before we got it ( like it was carry out ) and the food was mushy , Salty and not good at all I Wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog for a doggy bag .

Worst place I’ve ever been to in Orlando. I visited Roy’s last night and at first it seemed OK but things turned for the worse. They are extremely understaffed. I watched several people walk out because they were not being served. After being told that I would have to come to the bar to order my drinks and food, which I did, i had to wait an hour for my food and 20 minutes for my drinks. The girls behind the bar walk around aimlessly acting as if they are doing something but nothing is being done. Some act rude and some just ignore you. After being unpleased with the service, the wait time that I was not informed of, not having any drinks or food, i asked for my order to be canceled and for a refund. I was told that they do not do refunds. This is noted on their menu or posted anywhere in the building. Had I’ve been advised of the wait time and that I would not be able to get a refund after being unhappy with the service and prior to getting any food or drink I would not have come to Roy’s and I would not have placed an order. This establishment has some potential but as of right now they have it all wrong and lost a lot of money last night. The best part is my party and I sat at the bar for about 20 minutes and noticed there was some liquid on the floor that reeked of wet dog. Another customer had to come inform us that someone had threw up on the floor and it had been sitting there for so long that it started to make the place smell none of the staff acknowledged this or cleaned it up. Be very cautious and ask questions don’t assume because if you are an unhappy customer they have no way of making you happy and do not even try. The drinks I paid $12 for were served in plastic cups and very small in size.

Great food and atmosphere! The music and drinks were great! My wife wants to go back tonight, I can’t turn down good food! I had a steak and shrimp it was good and tender.

This place was great. They have a stage and dance floor area and a good sound system. My waitress Z was super friendly. As far as the food goes, the spicy garlic wings were amazing and the seafood MacNCheese was probably the highlight of my visit.
The Salmon Bites are definitely a hit. I think I come here every other day. The food is really good.

The place from the outside was a little intimidating. But once inside the place is nice. But the food was on point. The food is so good. I ordered a lot just to try. The catfish nuggets good. The wings and fish tacos were really good. The best to me was the shrimp pasta and the oysters. So good!!! Don't let the outside fool you. The food is amazing.

Food cooked to order reason for the very long wait which was over an hour but it was worth waiting...I suggest you call ahead ,all of the Staff was super friendly , very clean . I'll definitely go back
