Milk tea tastes great but you can’t mess up milk tea. The boba was mushy and grainy.

It’s really a shame that I have to leave this kind of review for one of my favorite places.
After going to your location as a local for several years, I just brought a friend in around 9:30-9:40 today and had the worst experience with one of your staff members. She was rude, refused to make many of the drinks because she had allready begun cleaning up and despite us being very kind and thanking her for making our drinks she was repeatedly RUDE and told us “she had no choice” but to serve us. I’m so disappointed I brought my friend here and I’ve never had this experience at your store before. After getting our drinks we again thanked her and she simply stormed off into the back. I can not believe paying customers are treated this way.
I tried to contact management via facebook and I tried to call but have not gotten any response.

Royal Tea is my new go to spot for boba in Orlando. I tried their matcha crème brûlée with boba and it was amazing. The drink was milky and sweet with a perfect balance of matcha flavor. If you are looking for a good matcha boba drink this is the place to go.
I like that they let you choose your sweetness level, so you can do 25 percent, 50 percent, or more depending on your taste. They also have other great options like mango tea and original milk tea with a chai twist.
The atmosphere is cozy and they have plenty of indoor seating, which makes it a nice place to relax. The service is also very polite and they will even let you change your drink if you do not like it.

came into the store today around 11:30 and the brown sugar tea w/boba is amazing !! the worker was kind and helped recommend an add on to make it even better. loveeee
tea and vibe of the place is awesome but when i sat down my ass hit a bulky power outlet and it really hurt. pls fix that

If I could give 0 star I would. The lady who works night shift was extremely rude to us. After we ordered, she slammed everything that she could ever touch very loud while making our drinks. They close at 10, but we came at 9:30 for to-go drinks, still don’t understand why did she have to hate us that much?!
