Great food. Great service. Very small crowds and social distancing made everyone feel comfortable. Good to be back out to dinner even in a more controlled environment.
After reading several negative reviews, we were a bit worried to give Roy's a try. To be clear, these negative comments were mostly concerning service. Often, when the service is poor the entire meal and evening is spoiled. Thankfully, we had a much different experience! We were warmly greeted at the door, masks on, temps taken. Our server, Jason, took excellent care of us, a party of 6, throughout our meal, clearing plates and glasses, refilling water and wine. He was knowledgeable regarding meal choices. The meal itself was fabulous. Lobster potstickers were incredibly tasty and the sauce that they were in was out of this world. Sea bass dinner, had by three of us, was delicious. Filet was cooked perfectly, short ribs tender and delicious. We tried all the dessert offerings and all were delicious! I have nothing negative to say about Roy's at all!
We went on Saturday evening for a special birthday celebration. The food was delicious as always. Don't miss their specialty cocktails!
Amazing date night restaurant with a steal for monday deals (1 app, 1 entree and 1 dessert for $46)!! Happy hour daily till close. Allowed us to capture a slice of paradise on our vacation. Exceptional food and good service
The drinks were very tasty and with a nice presentation. They have a special on Monday's for entree, lobster and steak with desert for $50.00p.p. The meat was tender, well seasoned and no shortcuts on the rest of the entree. The service was EXCELLENT. Sweet memories. We will be back.????
One of our favorite restaurants in Orlando! The best kids meal in town. Thank you to the best server, James, for always taking great care of our family when we dine with you.
We made a reservation for a Special Occasion with my mother for 11 am Brunch in advanced, upon arrival the only employee in the entire restaurant was the cook, whom after 15 minutes took us to the table, at that time we order our meal and we did not bother the cook with beverages or cocktail (my mother love mimosas) and we wait for the server to arrive, which he did after 45 min, and he never acknowledge us, he sat another table and we call for his services asking for at least a cup of coffee, and he did bring them to us but with attitude, that, at the time that he settle them on the table both cups spill, I tried not to get upset because it was my mother special moment, but not even a spoon, we have to use our forks to mix the coffee, used plates were never remove from the table until the time we ask for the check (as you imagine server did not come back), in relation to the food, the vegetables were burn, overcook and salty.
Very lovely atmosphere with plenty of space between the tables. The staff is attentive and the place is particularly clean. The menu? Steaks are great, lobster is perfect and their salads are wonderful. Absolutely creative and delicious. Beautiful bar too. I will definitely go back.
Unfortunately this place has gone down hill since I last came here a few years ago. It's extremely slow. Not just a tiny bit... we used to crave their butter fish. It used to be so amazing. Out recent visit the fish was over cooked, used too much soy, salty and had a fishy taste. Nothing like it used to be. their bonus of a star is that the staff is really friendly
Aloha and thanks for taking time to share with us your experience. We would like an opportunity to discuss your visit further. Please email us at [email protected] and we'll be in touch. Mahalo, Rebecca Dudley, Roy's Guest Services

You can go to Roy's for a romantic, casual or business dinner. It was our anniversary and they set us the table I asked for with flowers and a card. We ordered sushi and our waiter's recommendation for the Bass, we loved both, unfortunately not impressed with the dessert. A five star restaurant. Will definitely return.
My lovely date and I wanted to try something new and so we discovered Roy's. Its a Hawaiian fusion restaurant with a great foundation in Asian and island inspired cuisine. Firstly, the ambience was amazing! Despite being far away from Hawaii, we took a trip to the big island tonight, the tiki torches out front were a great touch! The service was friendly and professional and I recommend making a reservation as this place can get busy! The drinks menu was superb and the cocktails were equally great! We both got the special sea bass entree and were blown away. The flavors were amazing and the food quality was beyond what I thought it would be. We ended the night the the chocolate lava cake, and again, was nothing less than superior. We will be coming back for everything soon! You will not be sorry for stopping by Roy's for dinner!!
We have never dined at Roy's before. Boy have we been missing out. We came in on a night of their new menu. Ever item was made perfect and exceeded our expectations. Ever bite was followed by " ewh that's good". The restaurant has an open kitchen concept.
Beth, the bartender, is Amazing!!! Great job!
Went on Monday to celebrate Valentine’s Day and was so looking toward to it. Cons: 1. Servers were nice but did not advise about their Monday special until I asked 2. The entire dinner time no manager stopped by, for restaurant of that type It is not acceptable. Assuming only few tables were there , not busy 3. Appetizers were blend in flavor, just salty 4. The worst part: server advised that deserts are in the oven. 20 MINUTES later, I had to call another server asking for deserts since my baby was falling asleep. He said they are plating it. 10 minutes later, no deserts. Had to ask for check and leave craving to try those deserts. They were not even offered to go, so I assume plating was not even happening at any point :(
