We were actually on our way to another restaurant nearby, but when we found it too crowded, we stumbled upon this spot. So glad we did! Healthy, quick, and delicious. I ordered the Baja Chopped Bowl with shrimp, and I was pleasantly surprised. The shrimp tasted really fresh, and the sauce the bowl came with was really flavorful and had a nice kick to it. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely be eating here again!

Very nice food shop in lake Nona. My friends and we're choosing something new to try and we decided to go with this one. Wonderful decision indeed! It is a very clean restaurant and I really like their origin, and their variety of food. The employee at the register had some trouble remembering our order as she forgot to bring out some of our stuff. I will say we waited a very strangely long time for the food and we were the only ones there who ordered so I kind of wish the food didn't take so long to be ready. Definitely was slightly worth the wait when we tasted our food. I definitely recommend for anyone in the Lake Nona area looking for something new.

I had a great time here having lunch with the kids. I loved the Grouper blackened but they can keep those soggy mangos. That messed up the taco. I had to scrape those off. It wasn't the taste I was expecting. The freshly prepared food, salad bar and atmosphere is a plus. They also need to up their Guacamole game, it was bland and needed some sort of seasoning!

Love Rubio’s!! Ate here all the time when I lived in California a over decade ago. Happy to find it on my way through Florida on vacation. Always taste fresh and healthy. Just as delicious as I remembered.
