I haven't been to Russel's in over two years and I've only been there before for dinner. I went for brunch for the first time and it was just okay. We waited a lot for our food, the burgers were quite salty and the service wasn't great. I was the only one from my group that had been there before and it's sad because most of the group seemed to be disappointed with their food.
We had such a great time here, and a big shoutout to Erin for making it even better! Super friendly and on point the whole time!! She gave us awesome suggestions (everything was delicious), and the drinks she made….OMG AMAZING!! Great vibe, even better service—Erin really made the experience top-notch!
Very easy to book on OpenTable. We used valet parking, and the attendants were very professional. Greeted warmly when we arrived and sat immediately. Atmosphere was very nice with a lovely view of Lake Ivanhoe. We had the scallops and the salmon. Both were prepared correctly and was delicious.
