very good food, but not great. service was above average, however, slightly lacking. Cocktails were excellent.

Completely terrible experience. I felt like I was at Longhorn Steakhouse or Olive Garden. Really tacky inside. People with balloons. The dining room was really bright. The lights were no dimmed at all. It was terrible. We asked for the Tomahawk and they were out of it. So we got the Porterhouse for 2, med rare. It came out raw in the middle. Very grisselly as well. Not good at all. Was a birthday but was ruined by the crowd and food.

First time at this location . Fabulous service and knowledgeable waiter. Enjoyed their new fall menu items. Carrot cake is a must !!!

Always great steaks. Creamed spinach is amazing. Mash potato yummy. Also possible to re-heat steaks halfway through meal.

We were blown away by the amazing food and wonderful service provided by Dawn F on Saturday evening. It had been about 15 years since we last dined at this location and after our experience it will not be that long before our next visit! It was also really nice for the GM Victoria to stop by and chat.

Unfortunately they don't serve Heineken which puts a damper on my overall dining experience. Note to self. 🤔 Who doesn't serve Heineken?

My wait staff , the employees in general were great and they went above and beyond or atleast what I consider going beyond. Food was delicious, suggestions all hit, they even made my partner's birthday special with candles and mini decorations. Was seated close to a large party and they were a bit loud but can't control that.

We recently celebrated a special occasion with dinner at Ruth's Chris and were thrilled to share the experience with family. From the moment we arrived, Cierra greeted us warmly, setting the tone for a memorable evening. Though our favorite server Anthony had the night off, we knew we were in good hands. The table was beautifully prepared, and server assistant Joseph welcomed us as our servers for the evening Ivonne and Sam graciously guided our first-time guests through the menu. We enjoyed exceptional dishes—from cowboy steak and filet mignon to salmon and shrimp—paired with delicious shareable sides. Special thanks to Johnny , Pat, and Radja for their attentive service, and to managers Lauren, Chad, and Andrew for their thoughtful table visits. Ending the night with the best crème brûlée I've ever had was the perfect touch. Thank you to the entire Ruth's Chris team for making our evening truly unforgettable. We look forward to returning soon!

The restaurant had a friendly staff. The place looked a little outdated compared to others around the country. The $60 filet deal was a good value and was outstanding. The 16oz ribeye was almost all fat. It was very disappointing and had I been using my own money vs the companies, I would have sent it back.

Our entire experience was great! Our party of 10 was completely happy with the service that Jonathan and John provided. The food was served timely and perfect. We highly recommend this location. We will be back.

The service from Melissa was fantastic! She was very attentive and took the time to explain the menu. The only negative was my steak and shrimp was swimming in melted butter which was unpleasant to me. I don't care for my steaks to have that amount of butter. Other than that one thing, everything else was perfect.

Saturday, September 20th was my husband's birthday and the staff at Ruth's made the experience perfect! My husband said he felt like royalty! The table was set perfectly with "Happy Birthday" confetti stylishly sprinkled all along the table! Our guests were treated in a manner nothing short of perfect! I highly recommend Ruth's Chris on Sand Lake Drive as the venue for anyone seeking a memorable celebration!
