I stopped by on Saturday for a takeout order I placed online, I ordered the simple steak sandwich for lunch and it was disgusting, the bread was so soggy and had a jar of minced garlic on each side, the steak had a weird taste to it, I threw it away and accepted the waste.

Oh my God! Why haven’t I eaten here one million times before? I will say, coming off of Sand Lake and parking, you really don’t expect what you will fond behind those red doors. The ambiance, the host, the people, the servers, and THE FOOD!!! we ordered the drinks (a lemon drop and a blueberry mojito, YUMMY!!!) the server (Anthony… who by the way, pray to God you get him as a server), pointed us in all the right directions to have the best dinner experience. Starting with the crab cakes and then enjoying a perfectly cooked medium well rib eye and the spinach and cheese potatoes. My mother and I were soooo pleased with the meals, but to top it off we had the BEST KEY LIME PIE… and they say the best key lime pie is in the FL Keys PFFF!!! This key lime pie had the PERFECT balance of sweetness and citrus. And the coffee… only if you go to a coffee shop in Italy!Thank you! Worth every penny!!!

We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary at Sand Lake location, this evening 4/13/24. Our waitress' name was Dawn, and she was incredible! Very attentive, great recommendations on the menu. She genuinely seemed to enjoy her job, which made her a joy to have! Our entire experience was 5☆, however I'm confident that Dawn made even better! Thank you for having us.

I had a very Racial vibe from staff and employees it was not blatant but indirect and made me uncomfortable. They wouldn’t check on my table often, make me wait and ask for refills but will rush over to the white people. I will never go to another Ruth, especially this one. I didn’t leave a tip because they judge a book by its cover. I had an 100 dollar tip for the waitress but it was her lost.
Dawn was our server and she was absolutely incredible! So sweet, so attentive, and amazing with recommendations! The food was some our favorite ever and we can’t wait to go back and visit dawn!
