I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Should be Zero star, but one is the bottom. Here's the reason for my review. A little over I week ago, while visiting Orlando, my family and I had the craving for local Haitian Cuisine. We unfortunately stumbled upon this place and agreed to give it a try for dinner. Unfortunately, I did not read the lack of google reviews for this place. Therefore, the time waste to go there was in part mine's to bare. Needless to say, I want to spare others from the disappointment in the future. As stated above, this place was a disappointment. I am confidently stating that because of my experience listed next. As we exited our vehicle, we were first approached by a woman selling bootlegged perfumes out of the trunk of her car. She respected our polite rejection. Then we entered the facility to NOT be greeted by a man working behind the counter who obviously would rather do anything but serve customers. Nonetheless, my wife had her heart set on it, so I exercised more patience than normal. We asked for a menu, for which the man responded \\\"we don have a menu\\\", followed by how do we know what you have available? We inquired. For which he answered just ask me what you want? Our follow-up request was for fish, and guess what...they did not have fish. What do you have? We asked. Just pork, he answered. Then we asked, not even chicken? Ff which he said, oh yes, we do have chicken but that is all. By this point, I knew this place was not getting our money, This was beyond my customer service patience. My wife, disappointedly asked me what I want to do. Although, she knew I was done with this place and this worker. Needless to say, we found a better Haitian restaurant, Kalalou Caribbean, with more professional wait staff who actually made it worth spending my money in that place. These are the reasons I would not recommend \\\"Sabiensa\\\" Instead go to any other Haitian restaurant, including \\\"Kalalou\\\" just 5 minutes away .
