The food is good but prices have gone up. The employees are rude, very low class and not puerto rican. It’s missing that nice puerto rican people touch!! The atmosphere is more like a bar with hot n ready food to serve. Nothing fancy.

i will not visit this place again. same plate different prices, it all depends who's working the register. half a chicken w/tostones $17.50 crazy. Also the owner needs to give employees uniform. The lady at the register was not dressed appropiately, wearing a see through, picking her nose and on her phone telling someone to wait for her at the seven 11. what! never again!!

This is more of a bar than a restaurant. I was invited because someone was doing Karoke and I ate there but the atmosphere isn't attractive. Its not decorated or painted to catch people's attention. Looks like a bar that began to sell food. Now the food was surprisingly good. No free refills, which makes it inconvenient. Service was so so from the server, she was nice but had alot of tables since people began to come to drink and sing. Very few people went to eat, which surprised me that they didnt order food since it was good. Will I visit again? Even though they have decent food? No.

I want to share feedback about my recent experience.
There is a lady named Rosemary who repeatedly emphasized to me that she was the manager—she mentioned this three times as if to intimidate me. I had placed an order for pick-up with four hours of anticipation, yet when I arrived, it still was not ready.
To make matters worse, the manager made a big issue over another staff member giving me sauces for an order meant for 15 people. Throughout the interaction, she was rude, dismissive, and condescending.
This was very disappointing because I have been a loyal customer since this place opened, and I’ve even met the owners, who are very nice people. Unfortunately, Rosemary’s behavior does not reflect the welcoming and respectful environment the owners created.
My suggestion is that this manager be reassigned or coached so she can humble herself and treat customers with respect. This is not a big establishment—you cannot afford to lose the essence of good service because of someone like this. I hope you have good rest of your day Rosemary.

Love, love their fried red snapper. Seasoned to perfection. I enjoy the sides as well. Yes, English is very limited, but they usually have atleast one employee that understands the basics of what you want, when apoken in English. One of my top favorite restaurants.
Upon arrival I was greeted at the hot table by a Dominican girl with an impressive charisma 😂 Dominican finally characterizes them... after trying the food of the place I fell in love wow and those empanadas are delicious. I will return again to taste of the
