Saigon Noodle and Bistro

The chicken fried rice was dry and lacking flavor. Nothing tasted fresh. They used frozen carrots and peas, no onions and you had to use a magnifying glass to find the green onions. Their soy sauce had no flavor. It tasted as if it was water down.
The spring roll filling was gooey, again lacking in flavor. The chief needs to go back to culinary school.

Not impressed at all with the taste. Disappointed they didn’t even have bok choy. We noticed the server gave the customers at another table awesome customer service by continuously asking were they okay, how’s everything and bringing them water constantly but, never asked us once until check time. (I’ll leave this reason where it is. You’ll figure it out beings though there were only two tables being served that day) However, they lost their $60 tip which my husband and I give once a month to a restaurant we choose to eat. Anyway, we won’t be back.

Best pho in the curry ford / ventura area! The prices are amazing for the portion and quality, they have several drinks options (including my favorite, salty lemonade), and the service was great. This is now my go-to pho spot

Their Goat hot pot is the best i ever had. I’ve tried goat hot pot in many places in Atlanta, Teneessee but no one can defeat this. The taste is the same every time we come, the soup is very nutrious, fresh ingredient and customer service is excellent too. Highly recommend. Just love this place. It’s so good, we waste nothing. Decent amount for what size you order.

Absolutely excellent Vietnamese food. We started with summer rolls that came with a warm peanut sauce and then had the Saigon special Pho and Chicken Bun Vermicelli. Their fish sauce had a nice tang to it which we loved. The bathrooms can use more attention, but not a deal breaker. We will be coming back frequently to try more dishes. Do wish they offered a jackfruit smoothie.

We were craving some pho and bun and found this place on our way to where we were headed. As the other reviews state, the pho was delicious and well priced. The vermicelli with chicken was also delicious. Their fish sauce has some tang, which I really enjoyed. The summer rolls were good. It’s not the cleanest place, well, the bathroom, but it’s well kept, the service was good, and more importantly, the food was awesome!
Two meals and an app for $34, not too shabby for dinner.
I recommend trying this place.

This place WAS good in the past, the few times I did come … but TONIGHT?!!!! It felt so dirty in there, the dishes and cups were greasy that were though out. You could tell the food wasn’t fresh. I got the friend egg rolls that come with carrots and lettuce …. The carrots weee soggy and the bean sprouts were browning and limp as well.

Horrible , not sure what’s going on but I wouldn’t come back after tonight

I was outside all morning working on parking lot lights for the plaza and I had to get me some pho soup. I've been eating that for about 35 years now. I learned about it from my boss of 8 years. My wife liked it so much with my first son he would kick her while she was pregnant to remind her to go get some pho. I like this restaurant they have the talon and I usually just have the pho soup with talon only. It's really interesting how they make it took me years to find out cuz nobody wants to share the secret. The foe at the Saigon Noodle and bistro is excellent.

Food and service is awesome, we go here every time we go to Orlando. Service is great and they really take care of you here. Looks like a dive but the food is worth it ?
