Decent if you don’t have an issue. Bought my membership through the app and then used the self checkout app, but my account was flagged for some reason. I had the stand by the door and be humiliated for 10 minutes while waiting for an approver to verify my credit card, to which none ever arrived. I left and went to customer service to watch three associates help a single customer for another 10 minutes so I could wait for 5 more people in front of me. It's amazing that it seems exclusive, and all prices are reduced due to being smi exclusive. They have lots of different product, and you can always find what you are looking for. Also they have a lot of food stands to sample food before you buy and the staff is very friendly.
I would give this place zero stars if it would let me. I tried to sign up for a membership online because I say a deal and wanted to make sure I got the gift card for signing up for a new membership. Everytime I tried to sign up online it would not let me so I went into the store. BIG MISTAKE. There were no carts at the store. The woman at customer service was incredibly rude.
