Everything we got tasted old, not bad, just old
The caramel cheesecake was delicious and the price didn't make my eyes water which made a change from the rest of the food at Universal. Slow service even though there weren't that many people wanting to buy food.
The service isn't exactly fast, but everyone was friendly. They offer a decent variety of desserts if you're looking for a treat, but I can't say any of the other food here has ever appealed to me compared to the other options nearby.
Very impressed by the food. If you're going here for hot drinks, there's better places. Don't expect very charming service either, but the food here outweighs it all completely.
The sandwich was good, the pop tart didn’t have much filling, and the hot chocolate was delicious. The personnel was just horrible. Del has a horrible attitude towards customers.

The absolute worst coffee I’ve ever tasted in my life. It tasted like it was sitting there for many days and was insanely acidic. I could barely take a few sips before having to throw it out.

Stale bread and artificial, tasteless tomato soup. I would like a calorie refund.

Good and not too expensive for the park. Breakfast croissant sandwich was yummy. Apple danish was also good. Lots of good treats and fast service.

This place is terrible! I was willing to wait in line, but there was almost no place to sit. The staff wasn’t giving clear instructions on how to keep the traffic moving.
When it was my turn, I clearly stated what I wanted. However, I don’t know how to mix meat noodles with tofu noodles. When I went back to return the food and get what I originally ordered, there was none lift. The cashier gave the last bowl to the person behind me.
On top of that when we process a refund for the order I’m now having to wait for my money.

They served me COLD coffee, when I ordered mine hot. Employees are fed up and don’t provide good customer service. Avoid at all COST. Tourist trap!

I loved this place! I need something light to eat and this place was not to busy. It was between 11:30-12 so I needed a brunch type of meal. I saw they had grilled cheese and soup. I didn't think it sounded too good but was like I'll take anything. It was delicious and the guy who made it made it on point. Everyone was very nice. Picture captures only half of this deliciousness.
I keep thinking about this grilled cheese and wish I could have it again!

Good sandwiches like the roast beef, hot turkey and caprese(Hot turkey is really good) and assortment of drinks including coffee. It's a solid quick service option similar to Crossaint Moon in IoA.

The tuna salad is excellent. This is a healthy choice and it is a dish that is served cold, which helps enormously to beat the heat outside. There are a few tables outside. The service is fast.

We discovered this absolute gem of a location within Universal quite by accident. It was still early in the morning and our daughter asked if she could see what they had. I thought to myself, "oh boy, here we go" thinking that it was going to be over priced and consistent with the overall low quality of food experiences we had had at Universal up to that point. I can't say enough how glad I was to be surprised. We had the breakfast Bacon, Egg and Cheese croissant, a slice of caramel cheesecake and a slice of their key lime pie along with a cup of coffee. Total it came to less than $30 and it was the best cup of coffee I had all week. The staff were very kind and generous with us while our children tried to figure out what they wanted. The one and only complaint I have is that the space inside is extremely limited, and even in the shade, sitting outside was HOT. If they ever get the chance to expand this building to include indoor and air conditioned seating, this spot would be an absolute must visit for anyone looking for breakfast and desert as they start the day at Universal.
