Sarku Japan

recently visited Sarku at the Premium Outlets. The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and definitely a 10/10! However, the customer service needs improvement. The Spanish lady with glasses who took my order was being rude and disrespectful, not just to me but to other customers as well. It really took away from the overall experience. I hope this can be addressed, because the food itself is worth coming back for.

This is my go-to stop when I go to the International Drive Outlet Premium. The food is always fresh and good. The service is very good, the prices are fair, and the drinks are refillable (except the lemonades). I highly recommend this place.

I definitely recommend all locations. Fried egg rolls are the best found so far!

It's well worth $11.00, it comes with a super lunch box, rice, chicken (with or without shrimp) and typical Yakisoba vegetables

The food was very good, but the woman who served me started to make fun of me because I used the word *normal*, one normal terayaki and another double terayaki, and they started to make fun of the person who cooked on 9/21/24 at 3:30 in the afternoon. They have to respect the clients, because I was respectful to her

Without a doubt one of the tastiest foods in the Outlet.
We ordered yakisoba, chicken in orange sauce, a fried banana with sugar and sweet tooth, everything was impeccable, so much so that we even went back to eat there a few times.
One of the few places where we received super good service, if I could I would give it a thousand marks

What kind of Sarku japan doesn't have Siracha...never seen that

So if you order from the app it seems that they give you less food than if you order the same thing inside. VERY different portion sizes and boxes. If you order extra meat you get less noodle/rice. Thirdly random pieces of charcoal gristle hard enough to chip my tooth in my food. ?

Ordered two chicken teriyaki and up charged to get noodles. My meal arrived with no noodles and only vegetables on one platter. Granted the chicken is very good, I still paid extra for noodles I never received.
