I came yesterday evening with my husband, and it was our first time. The staff were very nice and friendly. The manager Shaquella was what made our experience. She made sure we left satisfied and let us try extra sauces when the ones we picked didn’t work out. We were also given two coupons to use on another visit which we definitely will. Was quiet and peaceful as well! Will be coming again!

My experience is the owner/operator of the amazing PDQ, that once was a staple of my husband and I’s Saturday grocery run, got greedy and saw dollar signs with the disgusting “concept” by KFC To take away a legit chicken that cared about how good it is to replace it was with a company that only seems to value in name than quality. Guess you can say the owner really wasn’t dedicated to quality all this time.

The rebrand is for the youngrr crowd (me) or tiktok based on the colorful and catching name. This particular KFC replaced a PDQ, and currently the chicken oil is old and the chicken itself isn't good either. It seems most of their mains are underwhelming except for their sauces. Their sweet tea is light on the sweet and has a herbal taste which I do appreciate. But so far only their crinkle fries and sauces are worth it so far, because of the ACTUAL SEASONING in/on it. Obviously pay your original workers a decent livable wage before opening new stores with new menus.

Found this place while visiting family in Orlando and wow, what a gem. Friendly folks, delicious food, and they play fun music while you eat. Wish we had one back home.
Service was excellent! We were greeted right away and food came out hot. Chicken was crisp but juicy, sauces were flavorful, and the Puffies are honestly one of the best fast casual desserts I’ve had in a long time.
