I was on vacation in Orlando and I was looking for a calzone, by chance the employees were my compatriots and their service was extra mega excellent, very attentive and cordial... in short I felt at home.

I was at Sbarro at Orlando's premium outlet and it's a little decadent compared to what it was 10 years ago, which had delicious pizza, spaghetti with meatballs, etc.

Awful company to work for. The managers will let you be verbally assaulted by coworkers and customers and do nothing about it. The GM lets his employees treat customers anyway they want. Im honestly shocked the West Town location is still opened.

I want acknowledge the young lady Named Layssa (sorry for the misspelling) who was working in Sbarro at the pick up section today. She was polite, on time, consistent, and just knew what she was doing. Food server’s aren’t as appreciated as they should be! Being from out of town and here in Orlando on vacation, as well as having my own business, me and my husband know all too well of how hectic the holiday season can be. Thank you for getting our food to us in a timely matter even though it was busy!!! Layssa, her energy and grace is wonderful ! She needs to be more than just a server! If it were up to me a promotion or raise would highly be recommend.

Cheap little stromboli perfect for one person. Nice and soft, meaty, comes with marina sauce and the seating area is cleaned and air conditioned. Staff was really nice.
