Manager on duty (Natalie) don’t use gloves at all touching her hair and other stuff before touching the food. She don’t wash her hands. Rude with customers and employees. I don’t think she can work in places like this.

I ordered 2 slices of pizza one pepperoni one cheese. The total came out to be 17$. The food was horrible for its price. The workers were rude and had an attitude. You shouldn’t eat here.

These guys are trying to rip off tourists. They charge you for something more expensive than what you ordered and then pretend they can't fix it, it's the computers fault. The pizza is also as bad as something from the freezer aisle.

How come they charge at Sbarro / Millenia Mall, $20 for a small ( very small) of espagueti with red sauce and 2 little meatballs. Pasta is done getting bacteria from the atmosphere. Never will be back, the food looks so dry, so uncover, greasy. ???

This place is a rip off. They say no small size soda. must buy extra large thats almost $4. but if you ask for water they give you a small size cup not a typical plastic water cup. ordered a Stromboli and ask for sauce. charged me $1.19 EXTRA. No where in this country is sauce for a Stromboli extra. The woman working the register looks like she's working at a prison kitchen w/ attitude and then she turns the screen for a tip.! F you is my tip!!!!

Super expensive, it’s pizza it’s supposed to be cheap and quick. Lady at the register covered up the screen and charged me for an extra slice. When I went back to get my money back no apology no nothing she was annoyed I caught on to her. At $7 a slice I am not trying to pay for an extra slice. Expensive and scam artists is my summary of the place, service sucks.

We have not had Sbarro’s in quite some time. My dad used to be a GM for Sbarro’s so we used to eat a lot of it. It’s been 20 years since he’s worked there. The moment we took the first bite from the stuffed pepperoni and sausage pizza it took us back and reminded us how delicious this pizza is!!! The people working were so nice, friendly and very guest service oriented. Highly recommend.

We have not had Sbarro’s in quite some time. My dad used to be a GM for Sbarro’s so we used to eat a lot of it. It’s been 20 years since he’s worked there. The moment we took the first bite from the stuffed pepperoni and sausage pizza it took us back and reminded us how delicious this pizza is!!! The people working were so nice, friendly and very guest service oriented. Highly recommend.
