I would give less than zero if it let me! My mother and 9yr old daughter went here the guy that rung up their order was extremely rude, rushing them through and refused to give my Mom a receipt when asked. She wanted to verify the $45.00 charge for 2 slices of pizza, 1 pepperoni roll, 1 spinach roll and 2 small drinks! Sir...when you make a purchase it is required you give a RECEIPT! I tried calling the # to this location...and of course it's not in service! DO NOT GO HERE ...Plenty other pizza places that won't rob you & give you way better service! Florida Mall Sbarro SHAME ON YOU!!!

Very rude and canāt handle the fast paced environment, looks stressed out and lashing out on others. Whenever heās finished with his simple task of refilling the drink lids he proceeds to go on his phone for about 5 minutes. Very unsatisfying to see the workers like this. I asked him to change my drink because the Dr.pepper tasted off and when I asked him to change it he started rolling his eyes and sucking his teeth in front of me. I donāt think anyone deserves that treatment especially when they havenāt changed the flavoring in their fountains, how is this the customers fault?

There was an absolutely beautiful pie just freshly pulled from the oven and placed on the counter in front of me. When it came my turn to order I pointed to it, and asked if that pie was available for a slice. I have absolutely how there was miscommunication, but the dude looked at me, pointed to the pie to confirm (at least I think so), and proceeded to throw out the entire gorgeous beautiful pie into the trash can right before taking a ball of dough from a bin to make a new pie. I stood there with my mouth hanging open like WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F! As I moved down the line, the cashier old dude asked what I wanted to order. I told him āwell since that guy (and pointed) just threw out the entire pie I wanted a slice from in the trash, I guess Iāll have a slice of sausage.ā He pointed to the rack BEHIND the guy I kneading the dough and said āthose premade pies are for display onlyā and I said āno I didnāt want those pies I wanted the pie your dude just threw into the trash bin!ā He looks at me then the guy then me and asked āso what do you want?ā I repeated my order of 1 slice of sausage and waited as he put it on a conveyor belt heater thing and took other orders. When I ate the slice it was still kind of room temperature and in my honest opinion the conveyor belt speed setting was too fast. I have honestly had much better service from the past. Maybe it was just those two on Easter Sunday that were bad with handling Sbarro, because they didnāt want to work on a holiday. I donāt know but if I ever come back and see either of them behind the counter I am going elsewhere. WASTE OF A PERFECTLY GOOD PIZZA!!!!! š

I came here early today, and ordered a couple slices of pizza and strawberry lemonade. The lemonade tasted watered down, so I went back up to the register to see if I could get regular instead. The woman working, told me she just made it and that she'd have to charge for half, since I had already drank some of my drink.
What? You can't just replace my watered down drink with one that isn't?
I've honestly never had such unapologetic, crappy service in my life.

My daughter has food poisoning from a slice of pizza yesterday in this place Sbarro Florida mall noticed the guy put the pizza in the oven to warm, also he was in a bad mood. Had to take my daughter to Emergency Room and still vomiting and diarrhea.
Be careful when they sell a beverage, they just fill the whole glass with ice and no sodaā¦ so bad.

The service was quick and the staff is friendly here. We got a Mac and Cheese for our toddler and it was quite delicious. The white sauce was light and had a great taste. We ordered a small size and it was plentiful. Itās another second visit for them!

I regularly come here every time we come to the mall; the kids like the pizza. But on 10/5/24, while I was looking at the food, I saw a cockroach crawl out one of the sections towards the beginning of the line. It was by the square pepperoni pizza. I stepped back and told one of the customers ahead of me that thereās a roach. The guy who seems to be the manager looked at me with a dead stare like he always does, and just ignored the fact that I pointed out a roach. He always seems to be in a pissy mood, especially after not leaving a tip of more than 18%. I would not recommend eating at this place anymore !!

In order, I got the buffalo pizza, a SMALL salad, ranch, a single breadstick, and a small drink. However, all that came down to $24 rounded for a single meal. Not to mention the customer service was very poor. The associate serving me rolled his eyes when I asked how long the pizza was sitting out for because it looked a bit dry under the heat lamp. He was exasperated at everything I asked for. You may not know me personally but as a individual who works in customer service, I never disrespect the ones who serve me when I am off or on the clock. I was respectful and the only customer coming up to order anything. He had no reason to act and talk to me the way he did, whether it was busy or not. At the time I showed up, I was the only one giving service. It's like your company is allergic to getting money with the people they hire. I understand they may not get paid much but respect is the minimum working in customer service. The salad was browning, I was charged for a ranch cup for nearly $2. The breadstick was veryyyy dry. The only mediocre thing about my food was the pizza however reading other reviews about flies being on the open pixza makes me NEVER want to come back. Also the associate serving me kind of stunk and lacked personal hygiene.
