I had the Wicked limited edition Yellow brick road milkshake, oh my god it was amazing! 💚
Pissed off is an understandment. I was charged $14 for a melting milkshake that looked NOTHING like the picture. They need to do better.
Cookies ‘n cream malt was 10/10!
Excellent Ice cream
Milkshake was better than the service. The milkshake was way more milk than ice cream and had little to no flavor. The guy who served us seemed like he was annoyed that he had to stop flirting with the girl working there to help us. After saying thank you when he brought it over he just turned around and walked away. I know he heard me because I looked right at him.
Worst banana split ever, everyone knows the whip cream goes on top of the hot fudge not the other way around, does not know the standard flavors chocolate vanilla strawberry and does not know how to scoop.ice cream properly.. Train your workers this could be the first time someone is having a banana like in this case today.
$1.50 for 10 sprinkles added on top for a child is absurd and sad.
Hidden Gem
A gem in Universal Studios Orlando. Great place to grab something to cool down from the heat.
I’m giving this particular shop 5 stars because of 2 reasons
1. The lady that served us deserves 5 stars and a raise! She was so patient with EVERY customer and always kept a positive attitude. For example: the first day we went there for sweet treats, there was a family of Hispanic origin that had a language barrier. They ordered a root beer float but didn’t know what it was. I guess they thought it was something else. The lady (I wish I could remember her name) made it. And the family was confused because they didn’t know what it was. She told them to try it, and if they didn’t like it, no harm no foul. They liked it, and bought it. Then proceeded to helped them carefully navigate the menu to ensure they got what they wanted. I was waiting to be served, and it took a minute. But I was so happy to see someone so helpful without getting frustrated. And the place was pretty busy for only 2 workers being there.
2nd reason: the banana split was insane!!! So much that it fed 4 of us! And worth the price of $10. It’s literally the reason we went back there the next day for our sweet treats! Same lady serving as the day before. So I was extremely excited to get another split. Plus a brownie sundae! I told her SHE was the main reason we came back to that particular ice cream shop.
She and the other girl there, a bit younger, helped a French dad and his two sons, navigate the menu and was extremely patient as one of the sons was so indecisive. The dad was trying to hurry his son along because I was waiting, and I told him i wasn’t in any rush. The ladies serving us were absolutely GEMS! And should be cherished as such!

Garbage overflowing, tables dirty and NO ICE
Ice cold drinks but they had no ice for the fountain drinks. Lame.
I really like the malts that they make here with whatever ice cream I want.
Really good ice cream! You can get hand scooped ice cream or soft serve. Soft serve just comes in vanilla i believe
The hard scoop was amazing, I had cookies and cream and brownie. I believe that a serving is 2 scoops.
Cute little shop and a nice spot for a rest on a hot day!
Subpar scooped and soft serve. I think some flavors are rotated more than others because the flavors I tried tasted old and the cookie pieces were stale. I believe one of the flavors was running out so the ice cream refrozen and had ice shards. Lastly, stay away from the soft serve. It’s barely frozen and lacking flavor. I was expecting more for the price.
