Today we suffered a case of bad service from a worker named Selena, today we placed an order for an ice cream in a BIG cup, while we were taking the order another customer appeared to which Selena ignored us and took the order from the next one customer and after that he deigned to take our order to which he took the order he wanted since he ended up giving us a small cup of ice cream and with a smaller portion of ice cream than the one he provided to other customers.It is incredible that a place like Universal has such unprofessional workers.On the other hand, ice cream tastes more like milk than ice cream.

This ice cream shop seemed like a particular place to me. It has a vintage decoration. With some classic ice cream flavors, but also with some innovative ones. The mixture of vanilla with chocolate fudge is not something new but it always works on the palate. There is also a wide variety of toppings that you can add to your ice cream. Regarding customer service, it wasn’t the best, frowns, discouraged faces detracted from this experience

Schwab's pharmacy serving haagen Daz is one of the friendliest and cheapest ice cream at universal studio park. It's cheaper than Harry Potter. In the ? they all full of smiles and very helpful. Good but kinda limited selection of haagen daz

Great spot, great ice cream, but most of all the level of customer service that was offered by Skylease was above and beyond spectacular. Cleaned off our table, brought us utensils, got us water. She was super to go out of the way for us.

I loved the place, it is decorated with photos of very old actors. Many deceased, from the golden age of cinema. With a very American style, it has very delicious ice creams. Classic flavors. But really good. The girls are very kind

Extremely friendly service and tasty treats. We stopped for a dole whip and a chocolate malt and had a great conversation with the staff. The food was all very well made.
