It's a cute, fast experience. They have sugar-free options for syrups. I always grab a regular coffee with syrup and oat milk. They do have non dairy options.

I updated from 4 to 5 stars review bc I still come here almost daily, but toda Jayda did my Coffee and it was on point, I always ask for the extra shot and today I taste it. Thank you Jayda and Taylor for awesome customer service.
Old review I come to scooters at least 4-6 times a week for my morning coffee. Only reason they’re getting a 4 star is because when I don’t have time to stop in the morning, I order on the app and I send someone to pick it up for me. In the app I clearly click on HOT coffee and every single time it comes as ice coffee. The app needs to be fixed. I decided to order on the app again and picked it up my self and there was the ice coffee waiting for me at the window. I showed the girl that’s usually there with the braids, very nice and professional and she’s aware that the app says hot but they’re handling me an ice coffee. Management please fix the app! Other than that amazing staff!

So so delicious I am impressed. Had the decaf white mocha and bacon burrito. One of the best coffees and breakfast burritos I've ever had. Tastes so fresh. I'll be back to try the pb cup drink.

I’ve been coming to the scooters on east colonial since it opened and I usually have a wonderful experience. Today, unfortunately was not the case. I entered the drive through line and was trying to get clarification on the deal that is being offered through the app. The employee that was taking my order not only refused to help me navigate through the app but also decided to yell “Jesus Christ” at me when she thought her headset was off, solely because I was trying to understand on the special that the establishment was offering. Then I got to the window and was met with a different employee who also refused to provide me with context on the special and rather tried to give me the managers phone number instead of simply explaining the deal to me. She then offered me a “free” coffee which I greatly appreciated until I pulled off and realized that she gave me the most watered down coffee I have ever tasted and not at all the coffee I had asked for even after I insisted on paying for the coffee I ordered. Again, I am at this establishment frequently and have never been treated so poorly, I hope the scooters employees learn how to properly treat loyal customers upon my next visit.

Drive through was quick and employee was nice. I ordered the Caramel Cold brew with extra ice and not sure what I got because it looked nothing like the picture online lol! Hardly any ice and it had weird old taste ?? drove from 45 minutes away ?

I don't know where you guys get your coffee but if you're not going to scooters you should be. The staff is absolutely incredible every time I come here they are so nice. The coffee is fantastic I have never got that weird burnt tasting coffee that you get other places and the prices are great. If you haven't come to scooters yet definitely give it a shot it will be your new favorite coffee shop I promise.

You ever get a smoothie or frozen drink, and every time you take a sip, only a little bit comes out? As if it was mostly ice or something? That's how my frozen coffee was. It tasted good, but I couldn't drink it with a straw.
