Señor Frog's Orlando

We were served by Luis G. Luis was very friendly, attentive and happy to help. We ate a pulled chicken bowl and chicken fajitas. Both were very tasty and we felt it was worth the 20% tip! The 20% tip was already added to the bill so we just paid the bill willingly. We paid with a Monzo bank card. Luis then arrived at our table with a receipt for an “additional tip” but we had already paid a 20% tip. We did not sign the receipt and left talking the receipt with us. Luis then followed us out into the car park and told us he “needed the receipt and needed us to sign it”. He obviously wanted us to sign a blank additional tip receipt so he could fill in the amount himself and rip us off! We are from England and Luis was trying to take us for fools. Be very careful what you are signing!! Disgraceful and sly behaviour! Will not return.

Very nice experience had a lot of fun. Not to crazy about the food but it's not bad definitely ate it all. Don't understand why there is a cake fee makes no sense.

Always have a good experience here. It is pretty expensive but it's worth it if you like to dance and have fun.

Be careful here folks!

I went in and wanted a a quick drink and ordered the medium cocktail (the yard) they sneakily don’t display their prices on their menus so I get the bill and it’s 50 dollars with a 20% service charge added on automatically..

Fully legal but extremely underhand, I won’t be returning, also demanding customers hand over their bank card before telling them where the bathroom is not acceptable.

Had the best first time experience because we had such and amazing waiter, Cristofer! Everything was made amazingly and everything came out so fast! Really enjoyed my overall experience and I would recommend it to anyone that is interested.
