Never Again!!! Was sick and queasy the next day..........Too loud, food tasteless, Cold food and mediocre service. 🥴🥴🤢

While the ambiance was good there were issues with the service. After getting my servers attention I informed that the food served was purely covered in grease. Tasted like it was scraped from the bottom of the pot greasy. He took it away. Came back said the manager was offering a small drink on the house. Nothing more . I asked for the manager 3x they never came. We never received refills . I asked again at the front for a manager waited 15 minutes at the front and nothing. The issue never resolved. To say I am honestly disappointed is an understatement.

Nobody seems to know what they were doing there, they had 50 servers just standing around but come to the table once and bring food extremely late with barely any other guests in there. Service wasn't good from the time you walked in to check into your reservation to ordering all the way to leaving was horrible.

The shrimp Travis had no seasoning and the puns comas was $16 and I couldn't taste an ounce of rum

1st time going to Señor Frog's and it's a very nice place. The food was delicious, however, the drinks were toooo sweet. I tried 3 different drinks and all tasted similar and the amount of sugar was ridiculous. Also the waitress did not understand English. My husband asked for a Mountain Dew and the waitress asked him to spell it for her. She didn't even know what it was and she did say you guys carry Pepsi products. Other than the waitress, everything else went well. Will definitely visit again!

My first time decided to go there for my bday and it end up ruined due to a fight that happened and someone grabbed my table to hit someone, my son got hit in the back because everything was happening right behind us, we had a handicapped person with us that had a panic attack just because it was to much with people running and pushing What was supposed to be a long fun night end up around 1030 or before. Really disappointed

Love love loveeee this place. It is always a vibe! The wings and the dip is my go to. They have hookah, buy one get one yard drinks and they play great music !

Overall, food was mid at best, and priced high for what is was. No free chips & salsa, instead it's $11! And to top it off, they added 20% service charge - which I didn't see anywhere, nor was it disclosed. Party of 4, when there were maybe 6 other parties dining. If you're thinking it's an I Drive thing, it's not!! We're local. No other restaurants add this fee - or none we've been too. Recommend Chuy's - free chips, no fee, better food.

This place was soooo good. The service. The music. The excellent trainer training the new hire. Came here for my girlfriend birthday and they have her a waterfall shot of tequila which she loved.

We were there mid afternoon, with almost an empty restaurant. The service was good, although our drink orders were mixed up. The food itself was disappointing compared to other Senor Frogs we have been to, and we would be unlikely to return to this location.

We were there on Super Bowl Sunday 2025. The waitress was not nice. Two children in our party did not receive their food until after the rest of that party was done eating and only received it when I had to stand on my seat and wave my arms requesting help. There were no apologies given and not a discount for that food on the ticket. The worst service with the poorest attitude waitress I’ve experienced and I NEVER complain. Also for such an expensive restaurant they don’t provide menus, when you search them online yourself there is no pricing and our bill for one adult meal, one kids meal, a quesadilla and a queso was $90. Would never return.

The service is suck, they rush you and then you have paid for they service 18 per cents and plus the tips

Angel and the team were amazing! We were having lunch with 3 kids and they go above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Very nice and family friendly place. The food were very tasty and drinks made our day. Highly recommend Senor Frog. Thank youz

At first everything was fine but when the manager changed I went out to drop off my son and then I went in they didn't want to let me in because I didn't have a reservation they told me I had my family inside waiting for me I the worst thing was that it was my birthday hence it everything else is fine
