Señor Frog's Orlando

It would've been great. However, we were sat in the back away from the action. All members of the party were 21 and older. When we asked why we were placed away they assumed me were a family of young children who did not want to see the singing and dancing occurring. Additionally, they have fake tall plants hiding the stage. Food was subpar. Our server Ozgur however was amazing. Very attentive, positive, nice, and helpful. If this review was based on him I would give it a 5 out of 5. However due to everything else it will not receive that.

Gute Qualität des Essens. Witzige Partyspiele zur Unterhaltung. Allerdings deutlich zu laut. Ideal für eine Verabredung zum Essen, wenn man nicht reden will.

The staff were nice but the restaurant was dirty, there was smell of stale beer from our seats and the food we only just ok.

Slow service, even though it wasn't busy. Mandatory 20% service charge was applied. Music was very loud and it was only mid afternoon, not late night.

Food was worst than Taco Bell. If you don't order alcoholic beverages the staff is irritated with you and tries to rush you out. They got all the orders wrong and then charged a 20% service fee for a party of 3! Stay away

I Love Senior Frogs!! Always a good time and so much FUN! Surprisingly the salmon dinner was as delicious as any high quality restaurant! The wings and Caesar salad were very good too! All of the food there looked AMAZING! Can't wait to get back there again

Waitress was terrible never got chips salsa, had to ask twice for refill still never got. Never checked on us once food arrived. She talked to quiet even asked her speak up. For a party of 2 put an automatic tip of 20% on bill and service was the worst. Food was much cheaper and better at universal city walk

Olga has been an amazing waitress and is extremely patient. When we come back to florida we hope to see her and her wonderful personality when we come back to visit!!

Came in with a party of 36 while in town for AAU volleyball Nationals! Our team and parents had the best time.. drinks were great and food was great! Highly recommend for a team dinner!!

Went with a team and their families. The service team was welcoming and helpful. Took care of all the tables. Enchiladas and nachos were delicious. Atmosphere was loud and rambunctious. Even at dinner time is was party time! Thank you!!

Margaret is super sweet, helpful and attentive.

Margaret is a wonderful server. She was quick on giving us our margaritas and apps. She was very nice and didn’t rush us. We will definitely be back!

My first (and last) visit to this restaurant was with family for a birthday celebration. For our large group, they assigned one server while we saw several other staff members standing around nearby. We tried to be understanding and asked for the manager that our party had spoken to during booking; the staff members kept lying stating that he'd be there later until they finally admitted that he wasn't coming in. When trying to express our concerns, the 'manager' spoke down to the member of our party who was trying to be the civil spokesperson. After she responded to his statements with negative energy, he tried to dismiss the complaint by insinuating that her behavior was unruly. He continued by making a racially biased comment to our group and threatening to call the police. We just needed our bill adjusted and had done nothing wrong. Thankfully the night ended without escalating any further, but we will never go back and we do not recommend this dining establishment.

If you live in Orlando/ Central Florida and are not an unwitting tourist visiting the area STEER CLEAR of this place!! Be forewarned - (which we were not) - that you will be paying, at least, an extra 40% on top of your total bill - (if you tip 20%, as we usually do, to our server) - to just to sit and eat at this place. The restaurant tacks on ...even before you leave a tip... a 20% "Service Charge" ... for what??? ... The honor of being seated at the restaurant watching a few employees doing the conga line while beating a drum??!! RIDICULOUSNESS!! This is not advertised until you get your bill. To add insult to injury - the food was not even that great - the mahi tacos tasted like saw dust. You would serve yourself (and your taste buds and wallet) FARRRR better by going to any one of your local Mexican restaurants, of which, there are numerous excellent ones in Central Florida. Our bill was about $330.00 (we were celebrating our daughters birthday, and thought this would be a fun spot) - they charged us a $66.00 "Service Charge"... the server mentioned that it was not his tip, so we felt obligated to leave him an additional $65.00 gratuity. I hope that the extra $66.00 RIP OFF charge is worth it to the restaurant, because reviews - negative or positive have a real impact on any businesses bottom line. If I had know about this fee I would have never gone.
