Terrible service, especially from the manager (I didn't catch his name). He doesn't know how to deal with the public; that should be the best quality of a restaurant manager in a tourist park that welcomes people from all over the world. I received very poor service, and he didn't even listen to me to resolve the situation I faced. Terrible manager. Serviced on September 27, 2025, about 6 p.m.

horrible. don’t come here. waited ages (90 minutes). food portions were tiny. they claimed to be the only restaurant that did breakfast foods but only had burgers and wraps and chips on the menu now tell me in WHAT WORLD that is a breakfast. AND you could only get one main one side and a refill drink but if you wanted a bottle of water you had to pay. should’ve opened at 9 still 10:30 not opened. can only sit outside in the boiling florida heat. not happy. do better.

We had the all day dining which made our experience better and is why I gave the place 4 stars. The line took over 30 minutes but
We watched them make the sandwiches and the fries fresh. The spicy chicken sandwich was one fo the better food options in the park in my option and the fires had a great seasoning on them. The chocolate cake was very chocolaty and moist but do NOT get the cheese cake! The cheesecake crumbled into pieces and tasted chalky, definitely not worth it and I would be upset if we actually spent money on it.

Overall I would suggest this restaurant if you like chicken sandwiches and have the all day dining. Also they have ac seating which is a plus during the summer!

ReLly expensive $$$$ very little food. It was barely eatable. Vhicken tenders were like rubber, way overseasoned fries.
Family of 3, 3 chicken tenders and fries 3 soft drinks °$76 dollars and we threw a lot of it out....

Horrible place to eat. Seaworld has lost its quality of dining experience and also customer service. Seaworld needs to sell to a better Company!

18 dollars tenders sandwich 😬

We got a crispy chicken sandwich that looked nothing at all like the picture advertised in the front. It was a regular chicken tender sandwich-as you can see in the reviews.

They are way overpriced. There was an u crustable on the menu for $10!! It should honestly be illegal. Staff was also slow.

The taste of the food was OK. But again, not what we were expecting & disappointed with our overall experience there.

If you want plain Jane food, for an overpriced price tag—this is your spot.

The restaurant is located right next to Flamecraft Bar in Seaworld. I would call it mediocre theme park food.

PROS: The fries are good and they have chicken tenders, mac and cheese, and uncrustables with oranges. So, for bringing kids along to this place, that can come in handy. They do offer healthy options like grilled chicken over some fresh greens with matchstick carrots and cherry tomatoes, “fresh fruit,” which in this day was some tangerines, and a grilled chicken wrap (mostly wrap breading).

CONS: The price. Hands down this is one of the more expensive theme park restaurants for what you get. They had a delicious looking pickle which they serve cut in half, but the pickle is $7 or $8 dollars. I’m no stranger to expensive theme park food but this was a bit much for my family. We got two salads, one wrap, two bottles of Dasani water, one slice of chocolate cake, fries, and a cup of Mac and cheese and it was $90. The atmosphere was a little surprisingly low quality. Seaworld has such lovely stores and landscaping, walking into the dining hall of this restaurant feels kind of strangely dated with a small stage that looks like it isn’t in operation any longer and there was country music playing which isn’t wrong but the vibe was weird. Not a Sea Worldy feel.

Chicken tenders & fries were good. We got there at 10:30am and waited about 20+ minutes for food. Employees were nice & friendly. No breakfast as advertised unless you count a couple of bowls of cereal.

Ripoff restaurant set up for all day dining credit. The food yes is terrible. Service is worse. But It is a sad, miserable, grim restaurant. In every way possible. Fasting is better than coming here.

Unfortunate experience!
This is a money trap. Don’t fall for the all day food pass. Service was not good at all. People were being charged for food that they thought qualified for the food pass, there was no clear details on signs or communication from staff.
