What an outstanding experience we had at Seito Sushi Doctor Phillips. From our Sake and Edamame to all of our rolls (all were great but The Chairman was primo). Our server (Hori) was exceptional and the food, flow of meal and ambience was first class.
Second time dining here and again it was excellent. Had a little time between courses but the server was upfront and attentive. The only issue was the tip calculation was incorrect, it was a small amount so I'm not requesting reimbursement, however something to consider when using those tablets to pay on.
Third time visiting Seito and we were not disappointed. Our server Jacob did a fabulous job and the food was delicious from the Lobster dumplings to the two sushi roll selection we made. We will return on our next trip down and we enjoy the Hunami room.
We have come here twice from Maryland and we will come again. Best sushi and atmosphere. Alyssia was phenomenal and she completed the night. Great gyoza, lobster dumplings outstanding, the miso soup I dream of. And order the steak every time you come. This place is 10/10, love Seito !!

Terrible experience. I've been a customer here for a solid 15 years. It's always been my top favorite in Orlando. Today I tried placing an order over the phone and was told by a manager I was lying. My order would have totaled over $200 and they simply said no to business. Tonight I was ordering for a birthday dinner at my house. I have paid for orders over the phone in past years, and apparently now it is against policy. I understand if a policy changed, but don't tell a customer "I've been a manager here for years and paying over the phone has never been allowed, you're lying". I hope ownership sees this, check the schedule and see the manager working on 12/03/24 at 6:00pm. Will no longer give any business to Seito Sandlake, nor will I recommend it to anyone!

Outstanding rolls and deserts! Delicious! Good sake selection, could use more beer options to go with sushi like an Asahi Black or Hitachino White.

Perfect atmosphere, amazing food, and fantastic service. Their miso soup is next level good. Any place you've had before, this place is bound to serve you something that rivals or exceeds your expectations. Their carpaccio is a really great showcase of quality and I thoroughly enjoyed the Beauty and the Beast roll having all of my personal favorites.
They have an excellent selection of sake and the most attentive and amicable staff. This is truly a place to add to your visit list.

Hands down one of my favourite spots in Orlando Yesterday (Saturday) was perhaps my 10th or more visit to eat and drink and marvel. They have consistent favourites on the menu that I always enjoy (Pork belly bao buns, crispy rice tuna, gyoza) but each visit they have about 4 or 5 new or seasonal items on the menu to mix it up and keep me craving more. Most recently for autumn the Pumpkin Tempura was out of this world good. But it was already off the menu so yesterday we feasted on two rounds of lobster ravioli (it was that good) and strip steak yakisoba. The noodles were buttery and mushroomy and the steak tender and flavourful. Menu items balance flavour of the dish and then a knockout sauce to add a new dimension and balance (sweet/salty or spicy/umami or any other combo).
Seito is a culinary gem. Staff are always helpful and cheerful. So we have superb food and friendly service. The best Orlando has to offer. Perfect for locals and families. Mine goes often and it is top of list when we have guests from out of town.

Tell me how……I figured, long day at work, the Yuzu Margarita would hit the spot with (oh wait put a pin on that sentence). I need to hit up Whole Foods, haven’t had dinner. What comes to mind, the Seito Sushi Sand Lake’s fabulous fantastic superb mesmerizing breathtaking Wagyu burger (only served at the bar) comes to mind. BUT…..as I ask the waiter you know what I’m here for. He breaks my heart. Seito Sushi yada yada has decided to take it off the menu.
It’s crazy, 3 months ago I came in here and was blown away. The following two times I came back with people, I’ve told try the burger. We all agree, it’s the bomb. Even Claire who responded to my review, she agreed, it’s the bomb.
What a disappointment. Seito Sushi think about the mistake made. I gave up hitting another spot and their Hamachi Kama because I was looking forward to the Wagyu. I’m just saying.

Excellent spot
my friends and I selected Seito and were very pleased with the quality of the sushi, the fresh ingredients used. More importantly the atmosphere was great considering it was out last meal together from our trip together.
the spicy tuna roll was two thumbs up!
