We celebrated our anniversary there last night. Amazing service, amazing food. Awesome happy hour. The star of the show was the key-lime tart with the coconut ice cream. Please order it if you get a chance! Thank you Seito for an amazing anniversary dinner!

The quality of the food was very good, a bit on the pricey side, but worth it. Service excellent. Ambience was conducive to fine dining. Except the noise level was way up there. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Don't let the decoration and food presentation fool you. The low quality of food was very noticeable

Some of the best Japanese food I have ever eaten. Fabulous service. Highly recommend if you want an elegant, upscale dining experience in Orlando.

Went on a Monday, one of the sushi roll was falling apart don't know if it has to do with the size of the roll. Over the years we have been to Seito many times and have found the place to be very good overall.

Delicious food, amazing service and our server went out of his way to make our family meal special. He offered to bring out some steamed rice for our infant and it kept her busy while we enjoyed our meal.

The sushi quality and presentation were exceptional. Our server was very attentive, and the manager checked in several times to ensure we were well taken care of. This is my top choice for sushi in Orlando — truly hard to beat, even compared to places in major cities like New York.

We decided to celebrate a birthday here and they did not disappoint. The Cherry Blossom room was requested and they accommodated. Even more beautiful in person. Food came out fast and was delicious. Our sever was on her first serving shift and we couldn't have been more happy with her. Attentive, informative, friendly. Will definitely come back.

Absolutely incredible experience! I ordered the Chef Tower — a must-try — and was blown away by the variety and quality of the sushi. Every piece was fresh and flavorful. The service was truly 5 stars, attentive and friendly from start to finish. The ambience? Also a solid 5 stars — stylish, comfortable, and perfect for a great night out. Can't wait to come back!

The server (Russian) in the cherry blossom room was FANTASTIC ! We were there yesterday for dinner yesterday and had the BEST SERVICE ever and the food was incredible. We are visiting from Chicago and we know good food and this place is awesome and the service just fantastic 5 STARS!

I hadn't eaten here in over 10 years but I was meeting with a very good friend who loves sushi so I decided to give it another try. Very pretty restaurant but the music was way too loud . We were seated in a two top in the little alcove area for 18 yrs and above but I could still hardly hear my friend. Our first course was the absolutely delicious lobster dumplings. We loved them. We followed this with the Princess roll and that was very good and then we had the Moriawase - only fair. It was so dark that we had to use the flashlights on our phones to see the food! The Moriawase was our least favorite and we actually left some of the items on the tower. I felt that the food runners were much more attentive than our server. It might be another ten years before I go back but I would absolutely eat those dumplings all day long!

The decoration is beautiful, but as a restaurant, you shouldn’t rely on decoration to attract clients—you really need to focus on the food quality.
I ordered the yakisoba and the pork bun, but both were very disappointing. The pork bun was overly sweet, and the pork tasted like it had been marinated for 10 months—it was super hard, more like eating ham than fresh, tender pork.
For a sushi restaurant, I expected freshness and quality. Instead, shortly after eating, I had to keep going to the restroom with diarrhea. As soon as I stopped eating, the issue went away, so it was definitely the food. This has never happened to me at any other Japanese restaurant in Orlando.

On top of that, they claimed the soy sauce was low sodium, but it tasted like regular soy sauce watered down. I could clearly taste the difference—it made me even more thirsty. It feels like they diluted it to cut costs, since true low-sodium soy sauce is more expensive.

The food did not taste fresh, the quality was poor, and it’s unacceptable for a sushi restaurant. Shame on them.

Great food and service. Although they took much time in between plates, but that was not waiter's fault but the kitchen.
