First, I have to give a huge shout-out to Alden. His service was so amazing. He had great recommendations and was knowledgeable on everything on the menu. Being our first time going, we weren't sure what to get but everything he recommended was just delicious.We got the Distinguished Gentleman roll as well as the octopus roll that was a part of today's specials. I honestly couldn't say which one I loved more. We also had the Iberico pork belly skewers (another special) and was divine.Alden recommended the ube cheesecake for dessert and I'm so glad we got that. It was the perfect way to end the meal.I cannot wait to go again and try more of what Seito has to offer.
Our server, Jeremy was incredible! Drinks were a tad slow coming out because it was Happy Hour, but Jeremy touched base with us and made sure we weren’t forgotten. Food and drinks were great.

The ambiance was so beautiful, we ate at the hanami lounge in the back. It was full of cherry blossoms. All my photos look stunning. It was for my boyfriend's birthday, I did include that in the reservation. The only thing I didn't like was that the birthday was not acknowledged. Otherwise, the food was 10/10 and drinks.
We had reservations for two to celebrate a birthday, and were seated immediately upon arrival in the most beautiful room filled with cherry blossoms on the ceiling! Our server was amazing and made terrific recommendations. The food was exceptional! We have been to another location, but this one tops it by far - very impressed and glad we gave it a try . We will be back.

Amazing is the only word that fits here! If you enjoy deep fried rolls with cream cheese, this is absolutely not the place for you! The interior is elegant, especially the cherry blossom room in the back. The sushi, nigiri, and sashimi is some of the best I've had from Florida to Las Vegas. For the quality of food, the price is well justified, but most will find it expensive. From the staff, to presentation, to food, and total overall experience, you will not be disappointed!
