This was one of the best sushi restaurants in Orlando! The atmosphere, food, and service were all top notch. We ordered the sushi tower and a few extra rolls; and, they were all FANTASTIC. Their selection of rolls were fantastic and all within reason. A must visit in Baldwin Park!!!

Had a tasty bite at the yelp noir event. Salmon sushi hand roll. Very fresh salmon mixed with a voodoo sauce which has Heinz's 57, Worcester sauce honey,cayenne,curry,coriander,garlic Onion,chilli powder and liquid smoke all whipped up to make a flavor and perfect sauce to mix the salmon in. Delicious light bite. Liked that he took the time to speak and video him. Inviting table.

Super expensive, but worth it. They changed their atmosphere from a regular sushi place to a more upscale once. The tastings are unique and they have all the exotic dishes that I love like Uni, Ikura, and oysters.

The service was beyond slow and they didn’t even apologize. We had a waitress that would disappear for 10-15min at a time.First sign of trouble was when it took about 15min to bring water. Then 30min more to bring out dumplings and a tuna poke, then an additional 45min to bring out noodles and a fish filet. Our waitress did not seem to care I asked 3 times about our food, and when it did arrive she didn’t even apologize or seem to care that we waited an excessive amount of time. The excuse was that the restaurant was full, but I’ve been here on a Friday evening and I’ve never waited this long for food. Lost a loyal customer.

I came to Seito for the first time on a Thursday evening with a friend and our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Our waiter, Jake was able to provide amazing recommendations/service as everything on the menu seemed like a great choice - we decided on trying the Octopus, two sushi rolls, the short rib yakisoba and finally, the sashimi platter. We were wow'd! I definitely can't wait to come back here again, 10/10 would recommend as the best sushi spot in Orlando.

During my first visit to Seito, my server's name was Sophia. Close friends had consistently praised this as one of the best sushi spots, and I finally decided to experience it for myself. The overall experience was absolutely amazing, encompassing both exceptional service and delectable cuisine. The oysters, in particular, stood out as one of my favorites, and the crispy tuna rice scored a perfect 10 out of 10. I 100% recommend Sophia's service and anticipate returning soon.

The food was so so tasty and fresh. The restaurant itself was decorated very modern with a New York feel to it and low lighting. Prices are on the higher end but worth it. Service was good as well.

We made a reservation for Seito Sushi before a night out and had the best time. The ambience as soon as you walk in is elegant and softly lit, leading to a very cozy and intimate dining experience. The service was very friendly and informative, leading us to the food decisions we made. From start to finish, the flavors were extremely delicious and the presentation was phenomenal. The only thing we did not get to experience after filling up so quickly was the desserts, but we will definitely be returning soon to enjoy more of the menu. Overall, if you're looking for an intimate and relaxed dinner with sushi on the menu, do yourself a favor and check out Seito Sushi in Baldwin Park. You won't be disappointed!
