This reviews has a mix of feelings… when I came to this place for the first time the service was really great, not the fastest but the food was really good…
BUT now, in my second experience the service was horrible… the worse part was when I figured out who was attending us was the manager… he had a really bad behavior, in a passive aggressive mode when asked about getting 1 kid to be in a la carte in a table of 8 people in rodizio… insinuating we will sharing food with her (6yo)… really?!

This is the second time I've ordered a pastry and you sent it wrong, and there's no point in blaming the delivery app because the order was sealed saying there was a sweet and savory pastry together and they don't send the sweet stuff! For the second time, the first ok happens but for the second time again? Please, before sending an order, check if what they are saying is really inside, as it is at least inconsistent to send savory and sweet pastries in the same packaging, right? So it's pretty obvious that something would be missing / the second time I order and the second time the sweet pastry doesn't come... and both times the restaurant was closing and I couldn't even order a refund on the app, and it's better to close the restaurant first on the app than send orders wrong when they are closing the day.
