A nice ice cream and shake place overall, with no line in the middle of the day when we went. The offerings were nice, and the flavors were good. The seating area is cute with a TV showing some old shows.

Got a delicious brownie sundae and a salted caramel brownie shake! I would have loved homemade whipped cream rather than spray cream, but it was still good. The shop was clean and the staff was great! Stop on by to try some samples.

The online menu was better than what they actually had 😂 Online had a ton of fancy flavors when in reality it was very boring-chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, cookies and cream, etc. Service was great though. I wouldn't go again. I spent $10 on a chocolate shake which was literally ordinary chocolate ice cream softened. Go somewhere else if you are planning an ice cream treat while in Universal. You'll get something more unique for the same price.

In my opinion, it was (and still is) the best chocolate shake in all of Universal Orlando. It's a nice treat and a nice way to unwind from the hot Florida sun.

For 11 dollars with tip they couldn't even fill it up all the way? It tasted fine, however I think they use ice as a filler because I got ice chunks.
The brownie sundae by the time my husband came back to the room. For starters it’s disgusting. Secondly no lids or anything to offer apparently for to go orders. If I could give this 0 stars I would. For all you pay this is ridiculous.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Cabana Bay for a few days and almost every day we went here to get something. It's been two weeks or so and I can't get the Banana pudding ice-cream flavour out of my head.
We both ordered banana splits the first time, and they were so good. The scoop ice-cream was delicious, and they took the time to make each one so nicely for us. Large bowls too. Loved it.
The second time we got a late night one, she got the peanut butter and chocolate shake which she loved and I got the two scoop banana pudding ice-cream. Again, they were made nicely and the flavours were just amazing! I would have stayed another night at the hotel just to have more ice cream.

We stayed at Cabana Bay for the weekend and were excited to try Shake’s adult milkshakes. We were not disappointed. On our first night, we ordered the Chocolate Peanut Butter adult milkshake, and it was amazing. It came with a whole Reese’s cup, which was a delightful addition to this delicious milkshake. I didn’t taste the alcohol in it, which I prefer.
On our second night, we tried the Banana Fosters adult milkshake. Personally, I didn’t find it great due to its strong taste, but my husband enjoyed it. I regret not trying the Black and White Irish Bailey’s, but I plan to do so on our next stay at the resort.
Remember to save your souvenir cup and wash it out so you can bring it back and get $3 off your next shake. I highly recommend Shake’s and will definitely return to try all the flavors of the adult milkshakes. 😏
