I took my grandson there and ordered chicken and fries, after visiting the attractions at Icon Park. Service was lackluster, restaurant was dirty with trash on the floor and sticky tables. We expected better.

This place is absolute garbage. The staff here is horrible. They will intentionally avoid eye contact with you so that they don't have to do anything for you. If they do make eye contact with you they'll immediately avert their eyes and pretend like they were doing something else. This is the rudest staff I've ever seen in my entire life. None of them are trained appropriately in even the most basic level of customer service. Most disrespectful crew of people working in a place that I've ever seen in my life. And the manager wasn't any better. Definitely don't recommend coming here.

It was ok, expensive!!!! The Korean BBQ burger didn't have nearly as much flavor as I expected honestly just tasted like butter and burger. I feel 26 dollars is a lot of money for a burger and onion rings.

Just a bit disappointed with the quality of my favorite smoke shack burger. Twice in the past month had my favorite burger but I do not feel the freshness am use to up north. It just tastes like another smash burger .
It was good fare however it took over 30 mins. Had a grilled cheese with bacon and parm fries

Came here 45 minutes before close, employee shut the store down early and we’re sitting in there watching tv. Change the hours or stay open till advertised.
