The bathroom was beyond disgusting with one of the toilet lids being completely broken off in the woman’s bathroom and trash cans over flowing and yuk who would wanna ever get food here. The staff was rude and didn’t help at all. Would not recommend. If you can’t maintain bathrooms how are you clean while cooking food. So gross.

We ate at Shake Shack twice during our recent trip to Orlando. The burgers were phenomenal — juicy, flavourful, and actually tasted like real meat. The fries were always crispy and perfectly salted, and we loved the décor and atmosphere. The Shack Sauce is incredible, and I’d highly recommend the strawberry boba lemonade. Their milkshake was also perfect — genuinely the best I’ve ever tried.
However, on one evening when we stopped in just for a single milkshake, a staff member (wearing a Hawaiian-style shirt) loudly announced “one milkshake, no tip.” We were shocked — this is a fast-food restaurant, and tipping is optional, not expected. His behaviour was unprofessional and left us embarrassed. Thankfully, the rest of the team were pleasant and polite.
There was also a separate incident one afternoon where a homeless man lingered in the restaurant and approached guests, which made us uncomfortable; staff took about ten minutes to address it.
The food itself is fantastic — but a bit more attention to professionalism and customer comfort would make it a true 10/10 experience.

Great location, love the entrances in the front and back. Food is always delicious and fresh. Service from everyone who was quite welcoming and asking if anyone needed anything was nice and refreshing compared to other places who just stick to themselves and does their job. The employees there really care about the customers.
