Food is great I love the fact that they put red hot cherry peppers on their burger . The smoke shack burger is so good, my daughter really liked the avocado burger. Online they are always doing a buy one get one. So if they had more stars to give they definitely would deserve more.....

Always a great experience at a Shake Shack, but this was a standout. RJ and Nye are the pinnacle example of what proper customer service and positive attitude should be. Gives me hope for thte future as many don’t put true passion in their roles. Good job I-Drive Shake Shack, I’m impressed, happy and filled with great food.

As this location is in the heart of Orlando, I understand that it wasn't ultra clean but it was still clean. The service was fast and flavor was good as always. The restrooms where dirty. They open late so it is a good option.
