I love this place. Affordable and nice

This brand is really impressive in terms of the reliability of sticking to the coree brand tenets and producing a consistent product. This unit was incredibly quick, and they do good work! Seeing the one dude on the griddle whip out food that fast was impressive. Order was accurate as well! Even with special prep.

One critique: their burger buns are not substantial enough to hold more than one burger patty with toppings.... just get a single burger and get more than one.

One of the best experiences I've had at this location. I've been here a few times over the last year or so and it was always hit or miss before. This time the food was prepared quickly... We placed the order in the mall parking lot because of the deal offered via the app and by the time we walked in, we waited less than 2-3 minutes. The food was hot, fresh and very tasty. With the burger, fry and drinks special deals, we got a fantastic meal at a great price!

I only popped in for a milkshake, pretty small for the price but very tasty. Service was ok, but it didn't feel personal in any way

The staff was rude, lackadaisical, and not attentive. I mobile ordered two shakes and after asking 4 separate employees and waiting 40 whole minutes was given attitude by an employee saying they were in the freezer because they had sat out for so long. After saying I had already asked four employees and they kept saying they were working on it, she rolled her eyes. I don’t know what is up with the employee training or morale at this location but it was evident nearly everyone working had a bad attitude and did not care enough to help anyone. Beyond frustrating. Can’t imagine what would’ve happened if I had ordered more than just a milkshake.

I visited this place in September 2025, and honestly, they have no idea what customer service means. When I arrived, every table I considered sitting at was dirty. It seems like once customers leave, nobody bothers to clean up, so the entire dining area looks extremely messy.

But that’s not even the biggest issue. The real problem here is the staff. They are incredibly rude. I was calling out to the person who brought my food to let them know where I was sitting, but they completely ignored me. When they finally brought my order, they practically threw the plate onto the table. Later, I asked one of the staff members where I could find a straw, and instead of answering, he just pointed without saying a word. It felt like no one there knows how to speak or interact with customers.

To make matters worse, the food is nothing special. The burger I ordered was just average and definitely not worth the poor experience. Overall, this place is a disaster—dirty, rude staff, and mediocre food. I would not recommend eating here.
