Burgers were tasty but tiny. Definitely NOT worth the price. 40 bucks and were still hungry

I’ve been a fan of Shake Shack since they could only be found in New York City. I’m so glad they’re here, although I would say they don’t really put as much emphasis on quality here. The burgers seem to always be put together a little haphazardly and fall apart easily. I get it, if you order a large burger things are going to fall out, but if ingredients are already off the bun and collecting in the bag that’s probably a lack of care. Every time I come here they forget something. Last time they forgot a burger I ordered. This time I ordered an onion cheese dog. No onions no cheese. Instead of cheese they gave me another sauce but no onions. I probably won’t be back. I put my own cheese on the dog by the way.

Service was good. I wasn't that impressed with the food though. It wasn't bad or anything, it just wasn't great either. For a place with shake in their name I was expecting the shakes to be excellent.

However, They came and got my order right away and the lady even came by to see if we needed anything else or had any problems at our table.

Becca always lights up when I walk into Shake Shack, like she’s genuinely happy to see me. She’s fast, friendly, and never misses a detail with my order. Her energy sets the tone for the whole place.

Ali’s just as great—calm, focused, and always on it. He remembers me every time, which makes it feel more personal, like I’m not just another customer.

They both go out of their way to make people feel welcome, and that kind of consistency is rare. Shake Shack’s lucky to have them.

I'm giving it five stars for the incredible shakes that they have. honestly the food was okay. the hamburgers a little overdone. and through no fault of theirs our fremch fries were cold by the time we got home. I recommend that you stick to the shakes herem
