The customer service was out of this world. The customer service was great which was provided by the hospitality members that goes by the name of Paola. She did her job, kept my tables drinks filled and had always checked on what we were doing. Making sure our experience was the best as it could be at the shack.

Am I wrong to expect more than a frozen chicken patty, room temperature fries, and a not so cold soda for $20?! Disappointed. Not the place to go for Chicken.....

Met a friend for lunch. Ordering on the kiosk/tablet seems to be the thing now but kudos for being able to place an order with a person. Burgers were very good, fresh, and hot. Bit skimpy on tomato. Fries also fresh and hot. Not sure about the drinks. Something to be said for making your own but acceptable. Atmosphere was loud, lunch crowd but nice vibe. Overall, a nice experience for a first time visit.

My favorite is the mushroom sandwich. Don’t think you’re ordering the mushroom to be healthy. It’s deep fried and stuffed with cheese. But let me tell you…..it’s sooooooo good! I’m sad they don’t have the draft root beer at this location. I asked one of the ladies who worked behind the counter. I think she told me that most locations were switching away from the draft root beer and now serve Barqs root beer in the soda machine. 😭

Why did I JUST try this place?? got the shackburger, son got smokeshack. Both were big, filling and so good!!
Fries could use a tiny bit more seasoning in my opinion, but still crispy and tasty so not complaining.

Ordered ahead, and food was hot and ready to go. (See: Not soggy, not cold and no bed to wait) Staff was friendly and the whole process was easy.
Going to be a new regular because there were so many things on the menu I wanted to try.

Food was good, but nothing amazing as a burger connoisseur. You place your own order on a touchscreen, but someone does deliver your food to the table. No real service interaction. Atmosphere was clean and modern looking.

Ordered for pick up, and got home to see they forgot my fries /: first timer here too. Drove all the way back to retrieve it and informed them that they forgot and her response was “oh really?” No apology or nothing. lol service and accuracy needs work here from the two girls working the window.
