Burger was awesome, fries are garbage and the shake was really good. For the price point and decent fries I'll do to a full service restaurant.

Two points

1. No WiFi , which places today have no WiFi

2. And the bigger issue, you have to do your orders manually which is fine no big deal. However unless you correct it at the end it asks for a 10% tip by default. Pay your employees a decent rate and allow tipping if to be done based on service I do not know the quality of service when I am putting in an order on my own. At this point I did not even talk to one of your team

Burgers are fine nothing amazing but above McDonald’s

Although it’s my favorite burger, when you walk up to the counter - these guys act like you’re invisible. I always order from the app, and the staff doesn’t greet or acknowledge. You’d think I had Harry Potters invisibility cloak on.

Came here for a quick bite. Waited in a massive drive thru line for 20 minutes only to place an order that they didn’t put into the kitchen. Ordered again at window, didn’t get a receipt and now waiting in a pickup spot for them to bring food and it’s been 20 more minutes. Still no food.

I do not recommend. The taste of food is not quality especially for the price. Fries & burger tasted like a frozen meal they heated up , shake comes in one small size & doesn’t have a good flavor & two combos cost 45 dollars? Definitely over priced for what we got . We will not be back. The service was friendly tho & fast

We roll with a 4 and a 3 year old and Adam was very kind and helpful getting us what we needed. Also seen him walk the room checking in on everyone. I own a business, I’d hire him.

I visited Shake Shack on September 4th at 10pm and had a very disappointing experience. When I asked for a refill, I had to walk up to the counter myself. A man appeared and asked if I wanted a soda refill, but then he just left without helping. Later, a young woman stood nearby and completely ignored me. Nobody came over; everyone seemed to avoid me on purpose. It made the whole situation unpleasant. Only after insisting again did another employee finally bring me the refill. This was very frustrating, and I will not be coming back.

Went bc we thought it was good the last time we were in this area boy were we sadly disappointed this time took over 36 min to get 6 burgers ,2 orders of fries ,an order of fried pickles ,2 shakes and a single root beer (100$ check ) I went up to the counter as it was taking an extremely long time for our order to check on the food some was already trayed up just sitting I asked about it they were bringing it out anytime soon ! Our food was at best slightly warm , not fresh , fries were soggy and my fried pickles not crisp at all more like wiggly not like the last time we visited 😭Unfortunately for your company you lost us as a customers due to the lack of proper care to recook fresh food and the length of time it took to push out terrible food ! Suggest you go someplace else if wanting good fresh cooked burgers ,shakes and fries !!

We ordered to go, but the burgers came in an open container inside a bag. When we arrived back at the hotel, it was cold but still delicious, but for a high-end burger place, I wish they had paid attention to this detail on packing a to-go to keep it fresh for a few minutes. The place it was in a good location! I recommend eating there.

Amazing food and great vibes! 🍔🍟 The burger was juicy and full of flavor, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely one of the best Shake Shack experiences I’ve had!
