This use to be a great little restaurant. Went there today and was disappointed. Mashed potatoes were cold, sweet tea tasted old and wife was disappointed with her burger. Not what I remembered from last visit. 😥

I like this place. It's never busy but the food is good. I like their club sandwich a lot. Prices are reasonable. It's just that neighborhood place that has predictable food at reasonable prices. Not too exciting but dependable

If you are looking for reasonable priced home style cooking look no further. This is small family operated cafe that has been in business a long time which is a testament to the owners, employees and the food they serve.

Shannon's is very popular with first responders who crowd the place daily and made to feel appreciated by everyone. I retired from the Sheriff's Office about a year ago and couldn't count the number of meals I had there in 21 years. Jim, the owner, is always upbeat and positive and has been there for first responders in times of tradgety offering kind words and good food.

Each new generation of first responders is taken to Shannon's by the veterans to be added to the extended family of the business.

Jim and the entire staff are very accommodating with the menus and will prepare everything just the way you like it, within reason of course.

If you are new to Orlando, or just passing through make sure and drop in for a delicious meal in a casual comfortable atmosphere. We have moved from Orlando but will return to Shannon's when in town and it will be like going home.

Best breakfast, fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly. Scrambled eggs with onions, mushrooms & spinach were fantastic as well as the country fried steak & biscuits w/gravy (white). Highly recommend, plenty of parking too.
