It’s a nice atmosphere because of the lighting and view of the sharks, etc but they should have more upbeat music and the service was super slow. They need to hurry it up as people want time to explore the park and get on the rides and their time is limited. It’s expensive too. The food wasn’t bad but you’re paying more for the experience. Would not go back. Once was enough. It was the slow service for me that gets the most negative points.

It’s now very clear that you should only go here for the shark tank.
We dined here for dinner for our 10 year anniversary and were seated right in front of the shark tank. Which was awesome. But that was the only good part of the restaurant. Barbara was our server and she was hardly friendly. We asked if they do anything for anniversaries, she said they could write on the dessert plate, but that was it. For as much as we pay to get into the park, the very least they could do is throw in a free dessert or SOMETHING. She didn’t even congratulate us.
Anyway, the food was overpriced and mediocre. Barbara didn’t even bring us our food, another person did. She never offered me a refill of my Coke, but my husband got a refill of his FREE water. Wasn’t offered a Togo cup for my drink either. Wouldn’t dine here again. It makes sense now why there were only two other tables filled in the restaurant while we were there.
Bad tip for poor service.

Told us park admission was not required and it was. Told us over text and on their website park admission was not required. It indeed was and we wasted our entire afternoon trying to get in just to get told no by a bunch of staff who had 0 idea on what to do. Terrible service.

Barry was our server and he was polite. I had the Wagyu burgers and it was nasty I hated the sauce and the meat had no flavor. The Parmesan fries was decent. My Arnold Palmer, drink didn’t taste good either I had better. My man had the Lamb chops no flavor and mash potatoes had no salt. The best part was Sitting next to the window seeing the sharks that was cool.

I went with family for magical dining which is a must. The menu has great options and the food was flavorful. Our experience was made even better as we had Clifton as our waiter and he went above and beyond by give the children in our group information about the sharks and fish. He truly cared and was very patient with us. Great experience and great service.

The entry way smelled like urine. Restaurant had an unpleasant smell as well. Restroom was dirty also. This is unacceptable for the price they are charging. Horrible experience. No one wants to deal with unpleasant smells at a restaurant.

Sharks Underwater Grill at SeaWorld Orlando is more than just a restaurant—it’s an experience. The massive aquarium windows with sharks gliding by create a breathtaking atmosphere that kept our child entertained the entire meal. It feels both elegant and family-friendly, which is rare to find.
The service was outstanding. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and timed everything perfectly. She even made sure our child’s lemonade arrived right away, which was a thoughtful touch that made us feel well cared for.
We ordered the salmon and the pork chops, and both were excellent. The salmon was flaky and perfectly seasoned, while the pork chops were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The presentation made each dish look as good as it tasted. For drinks, the Octopus Old Fashioned was smooth and creative, the Shark Tooth was bright and tropical, and the lemonade was simple but spot-on for our little one.
Prices are fair considering the unique setting and quality. Between the food, the drinks, the service, and the incredible view, it’s easily one of the best dining experiences in Orlando. Highly recommend making time for it during your SeaWorld visit—we’ll definitely be back!

Went here yesterday for lunch with my granddaughter and daughter in law. Definitely worth the experience to see the aquarium with all the fish and different types of sharks while dining. But as far as the food goes, it was terrible. I had the Wagyu sliders with fries for $39, was asked if I wanted medium or well done. I asked for medium which should have a light pink inside and be juicy, it came out cooked to death and was so dry that I could barely finish 1 of the 2 small sliders. What a waste of Wagyu beef if that’s what it really was. My granddaughter had the kids pasta plain because she has allergies for $18, again not worth it. She hardly ate it except for some fries and a few pieces of fruit that was her dessert choice. Again a waste. My daughter in law had the turkey sliders which looked and tasted as bad as my Wagyu sliders.
For $100, this lunch was terrible. On the plus side, we were seated right next to the aquarium which was well worth it as my granddaughter who’s 5 years old enjoyed it immensely as did my daughter in law and I. This alone was worth as was seeing the aquarium to the right as you exit the restaurant. The aquarium tunnel was simply amazing. We should have ate elsewhere, then come and see the aquarium tunnel which is free.
But I guess the total experience was still worth the price to see my granddaughter so mesmerized with the aquarium while dining in such terrible food.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this restaurant experience!! We went for magical dining and had a reservation for 6:00 for our family. My daughter had a last minute meeting and was 30 minutes late! They did not get upset at all, even though the last seating of the day was 5:00. They greeted her with all smiles, and didn’t seem a bit frustrated with us! The service and the food were five-Star for sure! We had the steak and salmon entrees….both delicious, and the dessert (cannoli cake!!) was amazing! Plus the fact that we watched the sharks while we ate! Wow! The best part was at the end. Because we arrived so late, we were the last ones in the restaurant. We never felt rushed, and they allowed us to stay and take pictures, and even offered to take a picture of our family for us! For sure one of the BEST experiences we have ever had!!

We did Magical Dining and I’d be really upset if I paid full price. The salmon and filet were really good. The chocolate cake
was dry. I had one bite and couldn’t take another. Salt and pepper shakers were tarnished/corroded to the extreme, and the tank at the front row tables were so filthy. There was 1/2 inch of some dank sitting water, (right next to where I was eating,) and the aquarium glass having streaks of I’m assuming water from the top dripping down. It was dry and nasty looking.
We went there primarily to enjoy the atmosphere. The reservation system needs to be revamped. We had to go back and forth 5 times to get the reservation correct. When we arrived at the front of the park, we had to wait 1/2 hour for someone to escort us back to the restaurant.
The sharks and fish are amazing, but that's about it. The place needs some cleaning and a reno. The tables are cheap looking like diner tables, and the chairs are uncomfortable. The appetizers arrived before we had silverware or drinks. One of the appetizers was unavailable, and they didn't have decaf coffee or coffee creamer.
We all ordered magical dining and all of us ordered the filet. 2 out of the 5 steaks were overdone. The taste was pretty good though. The desserts were just ok.
It was good for the magical dining price of $40, but not for their normal prices.

Don’t make a reservation they don’t honor it. The bathrooms are atrocious, SeaWorld should be ashamed
Went here for magical dining. The food was mediocre at best. Probably could have gotten better food at any other place in the park. I'm giving it 4 stars because the magical dining deal is the best. You get free access to the park and free parking. Would go again for that deal.
