Jalisa served us at the bar, she was so great! She’s been the friendliest, most informative, professional person we have encountered here at SeaWorld! She’s made our day, truly. The food was good too! There need to be more people like her employed at this park.
The atmosphere of this place is what makes it! My kids loved seeing the fish and sharks while we dined. The food is very mediocre at best. We spent $140 btwn 2 adults and 2 kids and I don’t think anyone enjoyed their meal. The hostess and the waiter were very kind and pleasant but it seems they were understaffed and the check in process was crazy. Lines of 25 people and still waiting 30 mins with a reservation . I would not come back here.
With massive lines everywhere we went to the Sharks Underwater Grill and ate near the bar. Kids meals were hot and ice cream was great. Literally kids from multiple tables we're excited and enjoying the food. There was plenty and even the adults got to nibble on some tenders and fries.
