The food is great everything is fresh. But the customer service is outstanding! I can’t remember their name but the woman who helped us was so kind and explained everything and gave us some great suggestions. We will for sure be back again
Disappointing. Like a glorified 7/11. I haven't had their donuts but their regular and breakfast Kolache's are not any better that what you get a gas stations.
The texture of the sausage is questionable as you bite into it, leaving taste and quality to be desired. The egg mixture was consistent of what you get at a motel breakfast bar... powdery feeling, like they were reconstituted. The bacon bits were like rubber pellets in my mouth-unchewable. The best part is the dough. Light and Fluffy with a great taste.
Good thing they had cappaccinos to wash it down! Except they are not cappaccinos. They are the powdered mix you can get a dozen for $2 at the store.
Go to 7/11 and save money if you want a better experience.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Better off going to dunkin donuts, you will receive way better donuts. They need to hire new staff with better manners.
I had 12 donuts custom made w/ batman and 12 donuts custom made w/ Halloween themes for my daughter's birthday party. The manager Jen made sure the donuts were perfect and tasty as all their items are! We only brought 6 home from the party that my daughter wanted to keep signifying the great tasting products they have. I personally tasted the pumpkin spice donut and oreo halloween donut and they were phenomenal and I am not a donut eater... I would like to thank Shipleys for providing the joyous donuts to make a donut tower specifically for my daughter!! We will 4 ever be customers.
