The lady answering the phone and running the counter on 11/13/25 @ 2:30pm. Was EXTREMELY RUDE. She was Rushing me off the phone as I was ordering and also rushing me when I was picking up my food and being EXTREMELY dismissive of what i was asking for (like condiments and napkins) literally brushing me off. I ordered over $50 worth of food. I asked for soy sauce and got 1 packet... I also asked for Sriracha and they dont have it. Only Sushi place I've EVER known to not have Sriracha. Florida Sushi Roll was Great. Gyoza also great. Besides that. The Steak Hibachi entree 6/10. Teriyaki chicken 7/10. Will not be going back.

The tempura bana and ice cream for dessert was great and I had never tried a banana, kiwi, strawberry roll before. It was delicious l. Quaint restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. Food came out quickly and was fantastic! Will definitely return when I'm back in the area!

My daughter placed a food delivery order, but she never received the meal. She called you and was told that she needed to pick it up at the restaurant. However, when she went there, they also didn’t give her the food.
This situation is completely unacceptable. She paid for a service that was never provided, and she was requesting an immediate refund along with a clear explanation of what happened.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, we will not hesitate to file a formal dispute with our bank. Please confirm the refund and resolution without further delay.

The tempura was good, but the sushi was really unpleasant. It left a weird aftertaste, and made my stomach uncomfortable. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, but the man at the door gave off the opposite vibe. Also, $8.50 for a plate of six tiny shrimp feels overpriced. Overall, not the best experience.
