I have been going to this sushi spot for years and it’s definitely got to be my favorite! The dine-in sushi roll prices are great. The food quality is very good. They never have messed up my order after years of going there. The waitresses are very nice and the atmosphere for me is very calm and intimate. They have the best shrimp fried rice I have ever tried! I could eat here everyday!
Kid-friendliness: I have taken my newborn here and they were very accommodating and respectful. I even spilled some formula and they were very nice about helping me clean it up.

I ordered uber eats from this place 2 times. Will never order again first time I ordered steak and shrimp they sent me veggies and steak. Today I ordered for the second time steak and shrimp. They sent me cold double steak I went ahead and called them. To be told they don’t give shrimp anymore with hibachi. Why would your whole hibachi say it serves shrimp with it. Not to mention I paid extra. Very poor service tbh

I didn't leave a tip because I didn't want to, it's not mandatory and even so the person who served me followed me to my car demanding the tip. I thought these things only happened in tiktok videos. TIPPING IS NOT MANDATORY.

I've had better sushi at Sam Club. Customer service was literally the worst I've ever experienced especially since it was pretty empty the day we went. First, they served us hot water to drink (not even ice), we noticed the prices have gone up but the quality and quantity of the food has gone drastically down. And to top it off, the server demanded we tip 18% or more even though she only dropped off our food and never came back until the check was due. This place used to be so great, but I guess it a sign of the times. There are much better sushi spots around Orlando.

I and my family have been ordering from Shiso Sushi for more than a decade. So we have seen many changes. Some good and some not so good. Lately as most establishments the prices have gone up significantly. However, if the quality goes down then it is not worth the increase. Let me add we do not order the least expensive rolls. Just to name one example. The Heaven Roll has probably close to doubled in cost and the quality has declined. The row on top is now lightly sprinkled on and dried up by the time you can actually eat it. Another big thing for me is the quality of the seaweed salad. Not very happy to spend over $100.00 for not much food and then be disappointed.
