We were here for a total of 3 minutes! We walked in, and as soon as the "waitress" took our drink order, I looked up and saw a ROACH crawling across the table and the grill top. I immediately brought it to her attention, and began to walk out. Then she had the audacity to get an attitude because we were leaving. I could have and should have told the entire restaurant.

Satisfied with the meal I ordered. Service was good.

Awesome food and service. Similar to a Kobe's restaurant but not as expensive. The cooks here are amazing as well as the staff. Another added plus is that its attached to the Rosen Inn hotel so if you are a guest theres no need to drive anywhere!

Awful service with mandatory "service charge." The food was so so, it was loud and the waitress didn't refill my drink in 2 hours of being there. Very difficult to get to from the highway and not worth the trip.

Food was bad. Rice was mushy and meat bland. Chef was nice and funny. Won't be back due to terrible food.

I'm literally sitting at the table writing this review. My wife wanted to go. So, first immaculate, seriously clean and the only complement they get. The server was just bad. I had to ask for a drink and since this is a food that has so much salt you really need a drink. One of the worst servers I've ever had. The food was just ok. The cook screwed up several parts of his routine not getting much correct on timing, dropping his spatula and just not out performing. Very loud from the 2 tables of toddlers. Like seriously, just not a good experience. Dont go!

This Japanese restaurant is attached to our hotel The Rosen Inn so as it was lashing down during a thunderstorm we’d thought give it a go. Sure glad we did, friendly staff clean and tidy great atmosphere. We were seated at a table with a lovely American family with their 3 children. The chef came out cooked everything in front of us. Lovely food great drinks attentive staff. For my wife and I $90 including tip for food and drinks. You won’t be disappointed.

We got there was seated right away took our drinks orders were put in but before they start they do need more people to fill up the table to begin which wasn't any crazy wait we were lucky more people walked in chef was very funny the sushi here has no flavor they don't specialize in that so don't order sushi i repeat DONT now on the other hand the other food was great cooked right flavored shrimp steak and chicken rice yum :) highly recommend would of been 5 if the sushi was good :/ but 4 will do

Certainly worth trying. The food was good, portions were adequate, and of course, entertaining for all ages. Hot sake was very good, as were the mixed drinks, and there was fair amount of beer choices.

The only good thing about this place was Tam, our chef. He was hilarious. Food was awful, top (or is it bottom? ) 5 fried rice I've ever had. Meat was bland and tasteless. Server was nice though.

Kind of underwhelming. The chef was not really all that engaging, and the food could have been better. Nobody likes soft, soggy fried rice. There are too many other Teppanyaki options that are better (like Kobe). The wait staff on the other hand were excellent.

The crunch of the tempura and the fresh taste of fish is outstanding

Husband and I wanted sushi for dinner. Asked the hostess and she said we could order sushi from the menu. Got seated. The waiter took our sushi order and then questioned why we were there ordering sushi, instead of ordering sushi at the neighboring restaurant. The hostess happened to be at our table at that moment, and the waiter and hostess just stares at eachother. Then, they both go their separate ways. We were so confused. Did they want us to leave? Stay? Neither said anything. Then the waiter returned to take our same sushi order...??? Not to mention, a group came right after us that received their sushi before us...??? So confused!!! Sushi was ok. 6/10

We made reservations. We ordered chicken wings and they were undercooked but out waitress Sammie was VERY prompt in helping and making it right. There was a $5 sharing fee that we dont have at our Shoguns in Alabama. The area was small. The cook, Min was GREAT! I enjoyed it.

We were vacationing in Orlando and went to this place... Wish we had not. The food was good. But the hibachi grilling guy was very rude ; he frequently frowned at the women at the table, called the men "babe", and made sexual inuendos with our children there. He was very rude to the women and we didn't feel we could speak up because he was cooking our food. I'll never go here again and I visit Orlando regularly. The waitress was sweet, but nothing would get me back in the same place with that guy. Tom was his name, I think.
