The food we had was tasty but everything was cold so when I wouldn't go back to eating anymore and they refund our money they were glad about that my cousin was the older one went back for more food and she just got a salad at that time food was good but they got to check the temperature and make sure that it is accurate. Hot when went for a hot breakfast and I was cold have to do better

I have lived in the Orlando area and have visited Ale house, next door, numerous times over the last 15 years. Recently, I made a stop at Ale house and parking was full in the back lot, so naturally all the over flow goes into the connected back lot with Shoney's. For the first time EVER, I had a server come out and tell me he needed my tag # and $5 to park back there. I could understand and would be willing to pay the $5 if there were signs indicating that the park spaces were for Shoney's customers only, along with tow away zone signs(see pictures). However, there are no signs stating this or that it will cost $5 to park. I really feel like Shoney's has their focus in the wrong place and should be focusing on stepping up their game with their product verses bottom feeding off the scraps of Ale house. A word of wisdom: PUT SOME SIGNS UP so it doesn't seem like some server is scamming ppl because it is a slow night in the restaurant. Maybe if their food was even close to edible, I would be dining there instead of Ale house. #justsayin'

I had been wanting to go to Shoney's for a while now all because it was on rick and morty. We walk in and look at the buffet then we look at the menu. All of the food looks delicious. There was not a single person there besides the workers. We are then greeted by a very nice employee named Charles. He was extremely attentive. The food was excellent from the menu and the buffet. I got the baked spaghetti. The food was hot and fresh. I will definitely be eating here again

Pleasantly surprised! Recent remodeling includes a bar with 5 TVs. Unlimited mimosas. Great biscuits and gravy! We enjoyed our brunch without the long lines that most other breakfast places have.

An absolute absence of management, there was one there but the buffet bar was sad and my burger bun was hard as a rock, we were only people in the restaurant.
All you need is described in 6 words... Shoney's World Famous Hot Fudge Cake!!!! Very clean and the staff is the friendliest around.

What do you expect? Breakfast buffet. Cheap tasting food but convenient. We came here because it is easy and fast for a big family. You know what you are getting when you order a buffet.

Good tasting food. Ordered from menu for breakfast daughter had an omelette and I had bacon and eggs. Both of us had a biscuit and potatoes and OJ. Waitress was good.

I went to this restaurant because my mom really enjoyed going to the Shoney's in our hometown. Unfortunately, all the ones near there are closed. When we entered this location, there was literally no one seated in the restaurant. We could hear several voices in the kitchen, and I even saw one of the employees walk past the doorway twice that leads into the kitchen. He either didn't see us or chose to ignore us. After standing at the hostess stand for about five minutes and not having anyone approach us or even seeing anyone out in the restaurant or at the bar that's near the entrance, we decided to go somewhere else.

Due to traveling, we had to go to Shoneys for buffet breakfast on Christmas Day. The service was wonderful and the grits with meat was amazing. The pancakes were good too! Happy we stopped there.
