nasty old fries and old meat with stale bread

The food was good, but they would not honor a coupon from the entertainment book that specifically had their location.

Picture attached of the coupon that was ready and available to redeem. They refused to honor it and now backpedaling with their reply to my statement of experience. I went here just because I saw the coupon, and I like to support small businesses as well as get a deal too. It feels like bait and switch when a coupon is offered, and I make the effort to go to the location just to be treated in a rude way.

The people working didnt kmow what man2oushe is . no one speaks arabic or know how to make a zaatar pie a meat pie or a cheese pie . Tried all of them and they were horrible not even close. The name of the place is so misleading.

pricy though compared to the quality and the amount of the food the rice was smooshy and the kofta was too much spices and herbs that did not taste the meat

We ordered Chicken Shawerma as we were told that one is the fastest and what we got can not be considered a Shawerma. Probably the worst we have eaten anywhere in the World. Fried meat and wrapped by some kids with no experience. Highly disappointed. Quality of Halal food in Orlando is really bad except couple of places.

We came from Canada where we get huge portions of Mediterranean food within 15 Canadian Dollars where you can't finish your meal.
However, we were so disappointed to see such small portions for 18 US Dollars.
Customer service is overall so poor in US. They gotta learn from Canadians.

Not sure how it's 4.8 stars. It's disgusting. The service and food both bad. I was visiting orlando and went there after seeing reviews but i felt scammed

What it is. Food was bland but was freshly made. Tea took forever to come out…service was ok, server was attentive and continually asked if we needed anything…overall a three.

Vegetarian options: Falafel was good.

When I entered the restaurant nobody said hi and just give the menu the food took really long to receive. When I got the food it was cold after we ate the sandwiches he gave us the French fries they were cold I asked him to reheat he told me it is hot and it was not after 10 seconds he comes back with the fries overall no good service and the food is not good either. Also if you are looking for Syrian/Arab food this is not the right place.

The shish tawook wrap was tasty. There just wasn't much of it.

Still resent places that ask for tips as you pay and then have you clean your own table. No, you don't deserve 15% to 25% for bringing over the plate after I order at the counter and then ask me to deposit the plates at the garbage can by the door.

Great food, but one of the staff members was incredibly rude and unprofessional, which ruined the experience.
