Really wanted to give this a five the atmosphere is fantastic and large footprint really good looking Wife and I got a couple of burgers the service was very very slow after our server dropped the ice teas he disappeared my wife got up and found another server to ask our server to come take our order after he delivered our meals has was gone I had to get up and go to the bar to get my check. Never got a refill and both of our burgers were very dry over cooked

This place definitely gets busy, and service can lap off a bit as a result. However, the burgers are outstanding, the servers are kind, the atmosphere is GREAT and the shakes are to die for. A must-go-to place if you're coming on a Disney/Universal location. The kids'll love it!

Me & my family entered this restaurant/establishment after being drawn in by its advertising of burgers & wings. As we had been trying to make a decision for dinner on our first night on spring break vacation. Only to walk in & not be greeted by anybody even though their were plenty of workers flowing past the host post, which we still took no offense being that we figured maybe the host would come out & greet us. Never happened, not even one person asked if we needed to be helped or advised we would be attended to. Not sure if its was because of how we look or our race but I will never give this place my business after waiting 15 mins & not being acknowledged my family decided we will just find another restaurant for dinner.

Most disgusting meal me and my son ever had.My burger was warm and no flavor at all, sent it back and one came out 5 minutes later, same thing warm and no flavor.It takes about 10 minutes to cook a burger, I definitely convinced these burgers are pre cooked and put in a warmer.My server seem like he did not have a care in the world, he had some guy following him around ,most likely a new hire and this guy had no personality either.My co worker recommended this place , sorry to say I will not be recommended this place at all !Thank you

This was our favorite restaurant here in Orlando. Great place to watch the games! The best service from Meghan and OMG the best burger I’ve ever had! Jalapeño with peppered bacon and onion rings on top! Also try the fried green beans!

We went to Orlando and stayed at the Marriott Grande Vista. On the 1st night, we wanted an easy-going place to watch the UofH game and found Sickies and decided to try it.5 of us went and got a circular table next to some giant TVs. Our waiter was Aaron and he was awesome. Able to add to any convo and make you laugh nonstop. The burgers were great (filling!) and the appetizers were very good as well. I did try the craft beers and they went down smooth. Friends ordered others and got espresso martinis, which were apparently the best they had on our trip. Yaneer (I hope that's right!) was the manager and made sure everything was going great. We also met most of the other staff and they rock as well!We liked it so much, we went back 2nd day to watch the UofH game again. While the results of that game were horrible, the service was again great. Our waiter that time was Ishmael (again, I hope that's right!) and he also did a great job. Got the fried green beans and those were delicious. Highly recommend. All the staff was treating us like family and we had a blast again, despite UofH's bad game.Overall great atmosphere, food, drinks, and the staff is unbelievably fun. We wish we could've gone again, but the time limit of being there for only so long meant we couldn't. Would recommend to anyone!

This was our first time to Sickies. From the moment we walked in we could tell this was going to be great. The staff was so friendly and the food did not disappoint! Dante was so nice and patient with us, he gave great recommendations and helped us get the perfect orders. I had a bacon cheddar Wagyu burger, it was so juicy and delicious. My husband had the Grilled Cheese burger, words cannot describe the tastiness ? My daughter had the chili cheese fries burger, she was very happy with it. We also indulged in the Sunrise tots and pretzels bites. Everything was hot and delicious! If you are considering this place, do it! You won't regret it.
