Great pool bar and bar stop after a long day at the parks. The mojito was delicious and went down way too easy!! The bar tenders were friendly and attentive

I would give it 3 if it stayed open past 9:30. What a joke! The pool doesn’t even close until 11:00pm. After a long day in the parks I need a nice drink!

Love the bartenders and loved the banana cabana drink. A little pricey but its Disney.

I cannot say enough great things about this resort!! From getting off the plane to check out the staff made everything such a breeze!! The pool is gorgeous and heated (we went in March) most days were around 75-80 but one day was chilly at 67 and my son insisted on swimming! So we were glad it was heated!! The staff is super helpful and really nice! The rooms are very clean and it was nice of them to offer a gift card if you didn't have your room cleaned everyday. Honestly, I like to use the same towels for a couple days to save on water anyways! I like they have that option to be eco friendly!!! Our room was two queen beds. One was a pull down which was super convenient as we could store it while not using it giving the room extra space! The full size shampoo body wash and conditioner was really nice! We brought our own but ended up using Disney's cause it smelled so good! The Toy Story is where we stayed and it was so cool for my son to see a huge Buzz and Woody! We took both Lyft and Disney transportation and both were easy to use. I would definitely recommend this resort! Especially for the price we paid you cannot beat it!!

Meh. When it comes to All-Star Resorts it all comes down to picking a theme. Movies, Music, or Sports. I chose a movie theme. Themes: Toy Story, 101 Dalmatians, Fantasia, Mighty Ducks, & Love Bug This hotel offers standard and preferred rooms. A preferred room is near the entrance and is more expensive than a standard room. Preferred: Toy Story, 101 Dalmatians, and Fantasia The beds are not comfortable at all. The rooms look pretty out dated. Each room has a television, a mini fridge, iron board, safe, alarm clock, etc. Housekeeping leaves one bottle of shampoo, conditioner, a soap bar, and a facial bar in every room. Sheets are light so if you like to sleep with a big comforter, easily gets cold at night, or likes weight over you, bring blankets! There are buses that take you to and from the parks and they're free but the only downfall is you sometimes get stuck sharing a bus with the other All-Star Resorts. Parking a car use to be free but not anymore. Why!? I think now it's $13 per day to park but I'm not sure. Disney should get rid of this. We already pay for parking at the parks. We don't want to pay parking when we're staying on site! The only reason this hotel gets a two is because of the free transportation to the parks and some of the movie decor is cute. Other than that, save your money and go somewhere else!

This is very nice hotel if you're on a budget. There are 2 pools in this resort, and the food court has nice variety of food. A laundromat on the grounds cuts down on the clothes you have to pack. Staff is very friendly.

My family and I always prefer to stay in the value resorts since we like to spend most of our time at the parks. This time it was only my mom and I. (mother/daughter trip) We stayed in the Fantasia building. Our room was comfortable and always clean after coming back from the parks. Very convenient location as it was very close to the food court, bus shuttles and swimming pool. Overall we had a very magical mother/daughter trip at Disney World!

I arrived this week at this resort a little unsure of what to expect. The reviews varied quite a bit from good to bad. My experience with this hotel so far is FANTASTIC. The rooms aren't gigantic but the preferred room that we are in with two full beds suits us just fine. Very clean and neat. Comes with a set of chairs and a table, 36"ish flat screen tv and a spacious bureau, mini fridge, private toilet and shower, great view of the side of the resort, convenient vending machine and ice machine too. The dining hall is only a 2 minute walk around the pool and has very good food. The front desk staff is EXCEPTIONAL. There for you anytime of day and really helpful. Housekeepers are very friendly and thorough. I am enjoying my stay; and I'm enjoying it even more knowing I didn't over pay for those "fancier" hotels around.

This hotel is in the cheapest tier of Disney hotels, but they've recently renovated most rooms and they are clean and modern. The renovations utilize the small room space as best as possible, with a queen bed and a second Murphy bed that acts as a table and chairs when it's hidden in the wall. Request a renovated room for sure, because the old rooms are dingy and dirty.

EDIT: Once again, Disney made things right. The manager was amazing, and really worked to make sure that I had an amazing rest of my stay. Night one: not only are my towels not clean, there is hair in the tub that's DEFINITELY not mine, AND I found 2 baby roaches crawling around. For the cost, I could stay at a hotel not on property that actually keeps things clean. Motel 6 was cleaneI'm pretty grossed out and will be talking to management. *shivers*
