I bought 2 chicken fried rice. And was very disappointed. The rice I can swear it’s plastic and the chicken dried over cooked. Definitely will not be going back to that place. Very surprised that this place is still in existence.

A must visit when in the Orlando area....

The hot, fresh doubles on a Saturday morning was perfect.

Amazing portion sizes for wrapped roti....etc.

Too hungry and good to take pictures....sorry....next time.

First I must say I love Caribbean food. I have eaten Guyanese, Trinidadian. Jamaican, Haitian etc and I love them all. However I was visiting Orlando, so I googled and found Singh Roti Shop I didn't care where they were from as long as it was Caribbean food. I was very disappointed. The chefs/cooks needs to be trained or fired. I feel bad having to write this about a Caribbean store. I hope they see it and take my advice about the chefs/cooks

I ordered saltfish and bake, pori and curry, cookup rice, tennis roll and other snacks. This was the worst tasting caribbean food ever. They cannot cook cook up rice. The saltfish and bake was horrible, it had no taste. The only thing good about the pori is that it was extra large. It was too thick and the peas was old. The curry had too much masala, it didn't taste good.

I remember visiting the same store about 2 yrs ago and the food was better. Please change the chefs/cooks

The oxtail and rice was good. The customer service was not. The staff is not very helpful, was disappointing since I expected the hospitality of Trinidadian culture.

Im so disappointed that things have changed. I have been buying roti here for years but the last few times it was terrible. One time the dough tasted sour sour and its consistency stiff and doughy. Not sure who making the roti now but how the roti gonna be bad at a roti shop. Disappointed!

Not to happy about the service coming into a Trinidad 🇹🇹 restaurant and seeing someone that’s disguising they’re voice and seeing addicts in the area is disappointing not a welcoming feel from a Spanish carribean island overpriced roti $16 for 1 roti and it’s a waste of product smaller portions will bring the crowd back for more, the other cultures are not a good look if not coming from the island the only time you get a big roti is in the big Apple to hot for a big roti rn small portions.

Shorted me a doubles. Ordered six and was charged $19.17 and gave them a $5 tip because I was in a rush and they accommodated me. A simple, small order. Said six doubles at least twice when I picked it up and again when cashing out to be sure. Guy cashing even sad that it was the “call-in order” to the lady behind the counter and she said smiling, “yeah we got your order ready!”. Reached to work and was ready to share with two co-workers who wanted to sample and was equally hungry, before the patients started calling…only had 5 doubles in the bag. We nurses work nights so don’t really have much places to get something to eat after 7pm. One was for then and one was supposed to be for later. Since I sponsored, I sacrificed…Chipotle the next time. Can call in and quickly pickup with a guarantee.
Oh, might add that I usually spend $45 - $60 when not in a hurry, because I buy for two sometimes three people, and I miss Trini food. Rethinking that now.

The food is always good! Just wish you all were on DoorDash! You’d make a lot more money that way (keeping up with the times). I’m always forced to order Roti elsewhere when I prefer Singh’s. Also, cashiers move too slow and depending on who you get can sometimes be a little standoffish. Apart from those things I have no complaints! Love it!
