First I must say I love Caribbean food. I have eaten Guyanese, Trinidadian. Jamaican, Haitian etc and I love them all. However I was visiting Orlando, so I googled and found Singh Roti Shop I didn't care where they were from as long as it was Caribbean food. I was very disappointed. The chefs/cooks needs to be trained or fired. I feel bad having to write this about a Caribbean store. I hope they see it and take my advice about the chefs/cooks

Not to happy about the service coming into a Trinidad 🇹🇹 restaurant and seeing someone that’s disguising they’re voice and seeing addicts in the area is disappointing not a welcoming feel from a Spanish carribean island overpriced roti $16 for 1 roti and it’s a waste of product smaller portions will bring the crowd back for more, the other cultures are not a good look if not coming from the island the only time you get a big roti is in the big Apple to hot for a big...

The hot, fresh doubles on a Saturday morning was perfect.
Amazing portion sizes for wrapped roti....etc.
