Let me just say that this place is by far and hands-down one of the best places for soul food and all of Orlando. I need to be very clear if you’re eating at home and loafing and have plans do them before you eat because I promise you if you eat before you do your plans you will end up asleep on your couch or on the bed. The food is ? and the portions are great there’s no better soul food around. The only thing I hate is I never know if they’re open or not, I’ve ordered off DoorDash 3 times and it’s gotten canceled ? the number listed doesn’t get answered. Y’all got me hooked ??? the potato salad and bake beans are my favorite
it wad my first time ordering I had the pork chop dinner with Mac and cheese and cabbage it was okay the cabbage tasted old and the pork chops I had more bones then the meat over all it was okay

I ordered a salad from uber eats. It was cool. But the container, salad dressing packets, bottle with the drink all were covered in grease from cooked food. The smell made me nauseous and I wasn’t even able to finish the salad. Every sip of the tea and lemonade smelled like old grease because it was all over the bottle. Please do not use the same gloves you serve food with to also package food for to go orders. It’s nasty. And shows signs of someone being able to cross contaminate in ways that can make people sick. Be cleaner.

Found this restaurant I never had before. They showed up and handed me this heavy Togo plate and it smelled so good. I knew I had found me winner. Opened it up my eyes tears with Southern Joy. I tell you I am so excited about this plate and will definitely be ordering again. The fact that you put utensils in the bag too was true show class. So many places be too cheap to do that. Now how I'm gone eat my smothered pork chops, Mac n cheese, rice, green beans, cornbreaT, and Nana puddin with no tensils. Idk. But I'm grateful you put them in there. Thank you for coming into my life in this time of literal storm. Yes. Yes. Yes. Stay blessed. Yes. Plate gotta weigh about 5lbs. AGAIN I SAY BEST CHOICE I MADE TODAY.
