I have emailed twice and called twice about school menu being available. I have kids with allergies and how am i supposed to make sure they do not eat what they suppose to and get what they need without knowing what is being feed to them.
As you see there is no menu on the app.
With the company being in the industry of food service, you would assume the employees of that company would have some decency and understanding and show decorum when it came to dining in a restaurant.
These were some of the most entitled, impatient, rudest women I have ever had to deal with as a server.
I do not recommend this company.
My kids loved their Thanksgiving Feast at school! Jessika, Vic Mary, and Jenna were so friendly and treated our family so well. My daughter took one bite and said “this is a 10 out of 10!” Highly recommend!!
The food they provide for the cost is appalling. $4.25 for a single lunch is ridiculous. It’s microwaved prepackaged garbage junk food. One day I went to have lunch with my child on pizza day. I could easily tell this was left over pizza reheated a second time. You can get the same poor quality in public school for half the price. We were told during admission that the food service served healthy fresh food. Couldn’t be further from the truth. We take the time to prepare lunches from home now. This is just another example of a company taking advantage to stuff their pockets.
I honestly have had nothing but difficult time trying to get things straighten out. Was unable to open the links for in-boarding. Called numerous times for help, but was completely ignored and shuffled off to different people who were generally not in and never returned my calls. Even left a message for the District Manager, which was ignored. None of the necessary items were taken care by management prior to my first day. Was hired for 30 hours a week, but was told by the Kitchen Manager at the school I was to work at, that she only needed someone there for 25 hours. Have to say it was the most unprofessional company I have applied to.
Staff is grossly underpaid, and they are unorganized!

I love my job!
Having worked with SLA Management for seven years, I can confidently say that it has been an exceptional experience. The company has demonstrated a remarkable ability to promote growth and professional development among its employees, and I have had the privilege of taking advantage of numerous opportunities to advance my career. The Operators, leadership and field teams are truly outstanding, and the company’s commitment to sustainability is commendable. I am particularly impressed by the custom food service solutions that the company provides, which are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Overall, I would highly recommend this school food service provider to anyone seeking a rewarding career opportunity or as a fulfillment to your school’s food program needs. The company’s culture and values are truly exceptional, and I am proud to be a part of such a dynamic and innovative team.
Absolute terrible company
Restaurantji Recommends
Avoid working for this company at all cost. This company is absolute trash. Pay is trash. Staff is trash. Everything about this company is trash. Wouldn’t recommend this company to my enemy.
Not very professional
There are members of corporate leadership that are unprofessional in many ways. Communication with staff is typically fueled by emotions. Many times it lacks professionalism and results in management speaking to staff as if they’re incompetent children as opposed to professional adults. It is difficult for criticism to be constructive when management doesn’t deal in facts but rather in emotions. The fact of the matter is the company lacks in structure and organization in which both would promote efficiency. There is limited innovation. The systems, processes, and resources provided actually hinder productivity. However, no worries! As management will still micromanage, nonetheless, and blame the staff for their deficiencies. In fact, favoritism and nepotism run rampant. A few of the leaders are absolute “bullies” and have zero leadership skills. Just be sure to be in with the “in crowd,” or you’ll be targeted for anything while observing the same or far worse among others. It’s laughable. “Dear Leadership, Managers directly influence corporate culture through leadership, communication, and delegation. The lack thereof directly impacts retention and may explain the undeviating turnover rate. Do better. Best Regards,”
