Great burgers! The toppings were very fresh and they didn't skimp on tomatoes. The restaurant was very clean. Miss my downtown Smashburger that closed recently.
So, just to clarify, I really enjoyed Smashburger! It was something I would eat often in Colorado. But this location on this day......day after Thanksgiving. They had only 3 people working? It took forever to get our food 😒 and everything came out mixed up. $100+ dollars for 6 ppl to have burgers and fries with 2 milkshakes and few sodas? For mediocre food? Worst part was after I spent that $100+ I find out from another customer that came in after me they have a rewards program. The cashier said oh you're too late..... but that wasn't it 3/4's done eating is when the milkshakes came to the table.

We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took forever for our food. And when we did get it they mixed up the sides on the plates. The burgers tasted like salt and the fries, tots and brussel sprouts were cold!!! I should have somewhere else and spent my $70.00!!!!

Little slow on service. One person waiting on food 4 people working. Sign on outside of building was not on and I asked why. It was dark outside he said owner of building was supposed to turn it on but all the other businesses in the building had their signs on.

I usually come to this location on a weekday. I decided to visit this location a Sunday. I will never come back while this Sunday crew is working. My food was literally thrown around and given to me. Someone brought their dog in this location and sat the dog in the chairs. The employees did not clean the table or chairs. The employees touched the food without washing their hands. And reused the same gloves after their breaks. Which is disgusting.

They only had 3 workers who were all woman. Messed up friend’s order and had to wait 30 minutes. Milkshakes are great but fries weren’t oiled up enough.

Been going there for a long time, the food is a hit or miss, if they make it right it’s amazing but sometimes is like they don’t even know what it should be. The facilities itself are so run down, the bathrooms are broken and have been for such a long time, is like they don’t even care. Last time we were there I told the girl at the register that one of the flavors at the soda fountain was not right, seemed the syrup was running low, she just pretended to look then said she would tell someone, was there for about 30 minutes and no one cared to check it. We also saw how unattended everything was, saw a person come in and decided to take a to go order without anyone checking if it belonged to that person, at least now they are giving numbers for the dine in orders, when they were just taking names my boyfriends food was given to someone else.
