Stopped by a few days ago and ordered a bacon double and it was probably one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Nice and juicy, cooked perfectly. I bragged to my wife about it and had to go get a couple burgers for dinner today and they were know where near as good as the first time. Burgers were way overcooked and very dry. I was very disappointed. I never post reviews normally. I would not have accepted this if I was dining in. I will give it another try and I'll be dining in just in case in comes out like it did tonight. ?

Love smashburger, used to go to Five Guys for burgers but never again.Smashburger has better burgers for a better price and the seasoned fries are SO good!
I use to bring my kid here after school almost once a week before covid, as it became a routine of ours. It was always clean and the people who worked there were friendly, it was just a nice quiet place to come and enjoy a good burger..but now, this place has become something almost unrecognizable. Having not been here for quite some time, I was shocked upon walking in, we immediately noticed a strong smell, almost as if we were in a mechanic shop. There was food all over the ground and the tables were dirty. I wanted to leave but gave this place the benefit of the doubt since we had a good history with it. Looking back, we should've just left. The food was horrible, the drinks were terrible since the fountain machine was straight carbonation and the girl who worked there was doing everything except helping. I asked for a side of ranch and she brought it to the table and tossed it on to the table and went back to her phone. I get it, nobody wants to work anymore, but I find it very hard to believe that this girl was the only applicant available. I encourage every one to stay away from this place until it's been completely overhauled!

This location has gotten worse since I first visited the establishment.. for 3 times in a row my order has been completely wrong.. luckily on this last visit I was still in the parking lot when I noticed. The inside smelled like motor oil and tires.. totally confusing. I went back to see if there had been some improvement, but there wasn't.. check your food before you leave , probably not a good idea to door dash this location.

This location needs some serious help. First thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell of a gas engine or something resembling a tire shop/auto shop. Decided to get my food to go at it was nauseating. Not very clean on the inside. One employee on the phone while standing at the register, didn't seem interested in helping me. Second employee came up and took my order and then went back to the kitchen to cook my food himself. He's the only reason it's a 2 star not a 1. At least the food was fresh, although in heindseight concerning what it might contain from the fumes in the place.

Always love their burger & fries. Juicy burgers, pickles are REALLY good, actual thick sliced tomato, actual leaf of lettus.DO eat over your basket.DO have 2-3 napkins.OR you WILL drip yummy juice in your lap.Just found the Waterford Lakes location. For non-beef people they have Cobb Salad, chicken or turkey burgers as well as a black bean burger. Shakes are excellet too. Only suggestion - furnish wet wipes for cleaning up hands after.A Double Classic with fries and bottle of water ran me just over $17. Never had a bad meal at SmashBurger! Pic is all that was left when done eating. ?

Horrible messing green chiles. For burger. My burger was burned and beyond able to eat Brussels sprouts. That I usually love there over done . No music in store employees on phone all the time . This is 2 time they are out of product. Horrible location and the bathrooms are filthy. Get off phones and clean . And when you don’t have a something’s that important to a burger try apologizing!!! Will not be back.

There are so many reviews on here that seem to reference the same employee who A) is so unfriendly and so unwelcoming and B) is always on her phone. Some of these reviews go back more than a year- you would think something would change by now.Also starting to get frustrated with the fact that every time we come here they are out of something. A few times ago they had no specialty burgers at all so we left, this time no green chiles, another time no Brussel sprouts.This place might be in trouble with Culver’s opening up next month.

Food was great but when we were walking in a couple walking out said don't eat the Mac & Cheese Burger! It was terrible. Well I just wanted a good old hamburger. The cashier Allison had a very bad attitude. Never said hi, how can I help you. It was our 1st time there & told her that & we needed a few minutes. What a poor attitude we got. If Smash Burgers keeps employees like this I don't know if I want to go back.

Wanted a burger and I live nearby. I've been to this location in the past and had good experiences before. Today was a little different walking into the door and nearly got knocked out by the smell.Smelled like a jiffy lube of tires and motor oil. The young man that took our ordor looked like he had better things to do instead of take our order.Food was good and my only critique was that my burger was not seasoned.Ill probably be back but probably as takeout.The other recent reviews said the bathroom was not maintained and didn't have a functional sink so that worries me a tad as well to be honest.

S0Ooo, the bathroom has an inoperable sink. So after one uses the bathroom, you can't wash your hands. Food was not served fresh hot. It stays under the light, and whenever the server feels like bringing it to that's, when you'll get it.It's sad to see good places go to hell due to staff and property management.

We meet a young lady called Emma she is a hard worker really lovely person who served us with a big smile the time we pass in the restaurant she never stop working cleaning organize and prep to reacived other custumer is so great to young people who are passionate for whatever they do.
