Do yourself a favor: try the rosemary and olive oil tots. The rosemary and olive oil fries are pretty good too. The regular fries are basically identical to McDonald's, so not really worth the trouble.It's super unclear whether you are expected to bus your own table here or not.

DO NOT PAY A PENNY FOR DELIVERY FROM HERE. We paid $30 for food, $6.40 for delivery, and $5.00 tip for ice cold food. I called the Smashburger location, and was told "call the delivery service, not us." I did not use a delivery service, I utilized the Smashburger website I explained. The man who answered did not care and was not interested in checking on my order. I am not impressed and have been ripped off. Order#24902479524642818

Just ok. What I did like was the expo style service. You can see them cooking and the food is served as soon as it comes up, so it was nice and hot. I ordered the BBQ bacon Dbl, rosemary tots, and brussels. Sides cooked perfectly. The burger was ok to me though, nothing extraordinary, nothing memorable, just ok. Patties a bit thin and cooked too much for my liking somewhat dry. The sauce was light too. The sides were prety good, fair size portion. The overall cost was fair for what I ordered too. Other things that weren't fantastic is the layout inside the dining room, super high cellings, freezing AC, and so loud. A group of guys were sitting right in the middle of the dining room talking at a pretty decent volume and due to the high ceiling and industrial interior it felt like an echo chamber inside a refrigerator. Im an avg size man if im freezing, every one was freezing. I went outside to eat because it was too uncomfortable inside. Overall rating C. Not good enough to return in my opinion. Service was good, friendly, and efficient. But its a burger joint and the burger has to be on point.

Drive to Waterford lakes instead. A smash burger is not a fat burger. The onion rings were not a crispy brown, the were a dark chocolate brown color. Make me wonder if the oil was old. Overall disappointed.

The place is very very dirty . A lot of trash on top of tables. The flor need a deep clean , it was dirty looks like they clean every other month . The walls are very stain and dirty , has old ketchup and old bbq sauce on the walls and are black stain like foot steps . That store need a deep clean . Walked through front door to no one at front counter at 3:30pm on a Wednesday. Saw 3 workers outback on their phones. One came up he was polite and helpful but odd to see. None of the workers were in visible uniforms. Food was great tho and decently priced for serving sizes. Employees did take the time to bring food out. Was my first experience here so didn't know what to expect but overall confusing and just weird vibe from workers but food was ok.

If you have time and want to waste your money. Please come to this establishment. Its lunch time on a Monday and been waiting for 30 minutes for a simple burger. And no one is here. I should have known. 3 employees here and I'm the only customer. You think it would be quicker. It feel like this place is a social program gone wrong. The so call worker is just collecting a pay check. Go to McDonald's at least the food taste half way decent and you might get a smile there.

Will not be returning. I've had the same bad experience the only two times coming to this location. Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes at the counter to even get my order because all of the kids were In the back somewhere. Everyone was in hoodies and sweatpants, I didn't know who worked there or not. Then another 30 minutes goes by to get my food. When I did get my food it was extremely dry and one of the items were incorrect. All other locations are great but this one needs better management.

When you first come in the atmosphere is horrible tables are dirty and the place is not stock up. Customer service was horrible she didn’t greet or at least say can I take your order very unprofessional she need to work on her people skills.

Came in today to eat a grilled chicken avocado BACON club. It took 25 minutes for our food to come to us, mind you they were not busy AT ALL. The serve told us that the chicken was frozen even though we came at 1 p.m. Once we received our food they forgot the bacon and the avocado was guac. On top of that I had asked for my buns to be extra toasted and they were cold. The atmosphere was stale and all of the employees cooking were wearing headphone, one was wearing overhead headphones not even AirPods. Will not be coming back which is sad since I used to work at the Colonial Location years ago and it’s very nostalgic.
