We went to go to eat at Smokey Bones like we always do when we were at our timeshare on Route 535 in Orlando Florida, and were dismayed to see that it had closed down!

I love the happy hour menu and the service from the bartender Seth. I try to come once a week and I’m happy to see that Kara is working nights again, she is always bouncing around from the kitchen to the front and I love seeing that in a manager. You have to try the mini mag nachos and the $3 well drinks

We love Smokey Bones! The food is always prepared well, served hot, and they're quick too. Our server, David, was very friendly and attentive and checked in on us regularly, being sure to get our drinks refilled before we even noticed we needed refills! Great food and wonderful service, we will definitely be back!

Every single item in our online order was wrong. The loaded mashed potatoes were just potato and cheese. Where's the bacon, sour cream, all the stuff in the photo? The pickle chips were dry and came without a dipping sauce. I truly don't understand how they managed to make pickles taste like nothing. They forgot our side of broccoli and had to go back in and wait for it. The burger was ordered medium well, but was too pink inside, it was closer to rare. This is so disappointing and a waste of time and money to not even get what we ordered.

We came in a couple days ago to have dinner, this was our first time here in 5 years because we thought it has closed down years ago. I’m so happy we stopped in, We had the pleasure of meeting Kara the bar manager and she helped us decide on what drinks to order. We went with a new drink called the stinger and it was so tasty. We also got the BOGO brisket deal and that was a lot of food for the price of one. We will definitely be back for their happy hour at the bar because Kara pulled up the happy hour menu and they have some amazing deals that look so yummy. Thank you Kara and thank you Smokey Bones for still being open.

We just had dinner at the Alafaya Trail location and had two orders of wings and the baby back ribs with coleslaw and fire roasted corn. David was our server and he was very communicative, friendly, and super attentive. when we asked his opinion, he gave us great suggestions and feedback. It’s always refreshing to have a server like him who really cares about his job and works hard. It truly changes your whole experience at a restaurant when server cares about their job and makes sure that everything about your experience goes as smoothly as possible.

This place has really gone downhill over the years. My buddy and I stopped coming after getting drinks in glasses with lipstick marks on the drinking glass, a few years back, but I decided to give it another try. Big mistake.

I arrived right at my pickup time, and they told me “3 more minutes”; I ended up waiting over 30 mins. No one asked if I’d been helped, and the girl at the counter didn’t even acknowledge or asked if I am waiting for a table or food pickup. She was just busy printing reciepts.

When I finally got my food, after half an hour wait. Took the food home and the wings were dry and hard; like they have beem cooked few days ago. The sauce wasn’t even mixed in — just thrown on the side. The Memphis dry rub was scattered at the bottom and side of the box. The brisket tasted fine but was crammed into a tiny plastic container.
A few hours later, I had a severe stomach ache and indigestion all night. Not sure if it was the wings or brisket, but I’m definitely not coming back. I hope my stomach aches were not due to their kitchen condition.

This location really needs serious improvement.

I used to love getting their mac & cheese and pork here, but since the past two years, the company has changed its menu to be cheaper. The new mac & cheese is terrible very runny and covered in cheese sauce not at all like what it was before.
