I had a great time at Smokey Bones in Waterford Lakes. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic—everything was cooked just right, especially the BBQ ribs, which were tender and full of flavor. The sides like mac and cheese and the loaded baked potato were also really tasty. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I’d definitely recommend it

I am extremely pleased with the service and the agility of the manager Kara. She was able to provide that above and beyond professional service to satisfy the customer. Her mannerisms were very professional and she was committed to fixing the problem. This is what a real manager does to accommodate. Thank you so much for doing extra and you are truly appreciated!!

Came to catch up with family. Blaze our server was excellent. Attentive and came by to check on us to make sure we good throughout our evening. It's always been a nice calm place to get a get a decent burger and chat.
